Letter to Senator Mike Crapo, (R-ID)

Dear Senator Crapo,
In your response, you state, that "only native-born U.S. citizens (or those born abroad, but only to parents who were both American citizens) may be President of the United States.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, of the U.S. Constitution requires the president to be a natural-born U.S. citizen, not a native-born U.S. citizen.

You also state, "some individual have filed lawsuits in state and federal courts alleging that he has not proven that he is an American citizen but each of those lawsuits have been dismissed."

Those lawsuits, Senator Crapo, were dismissed on procedural grounds, not on merit. As such, the dismissal of the cases does not prove that Barack Obama is an American citizen.

You also state, "Furthermore, both the Director of Hawaii's Department of Health and the state's Registrar of Vital Statistics recently confirmed that Mr. Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961 and, as such, meets the constitutional citizenship requirements for the presidency."

Follows is the exact wording of the press release of Dr Fukino, director of Hawaii's Department of Health, October 31, 2008

Until the long-form birth certificate is produced and examined, where Obama was actually born is unknown.

The Department of Health, State of Hawaii, has gone on record stating they cannot confirm the authenticity of the document that Barack Obama claims is his birth certificate but that is actually a certification of live birth. That COLB has appeared at various places on the web and has been determined to be altered/forged. To obtain the COLB from the state of Hawaii requires a written request. A request for disclosure of all documents under all the names by which Barack Obama is known, has produced no such written request for a COLB.

It is the duty of Congress not the Supreme Court to address this problem. Senators and Representatives were aware of the eligibility issue and had the evidence before them before they certified the electoral college on January 8, 2009. It is the sworn duty of every elected official in Washington, DC, to uphold the Constitution.

Will the "Usurper" as dictator in the White House, ever have to show his true birth certificate like the one I have, you know with the hospital and the attending doctor, etc?

Some in the news media feel this natural-born American citizen issue has been resolved legally.... Below my answer to Idaho Senator Mike Crapo's letter of June 10, 2009:

Really. I can tell you where the outrage is. The outrage is here, in this middle-aged, well-educated, upper-middle class woman. The outrageis here, but I have no representation, no voice.

The outrage is here, but no one is listening for who am I? I am not a billionaire like George Soros that can fund an entirepolitical movement. I am not a celebrity like Barbra Streisand that can garner the attention of the press to promote political candidates. I am not a film maker like Michael Moore or Al Gore that can delivermisleading movies to the public.

The outrage is here, but unlike those with money or power, I don'tknow how to reach those who feel similarly in order to effect change.Why am I outraged? I am outraged that my country, the United States ofAmerica , is in a state of moral and ethical decline. There is no right or wrong anymore, just what's fair.

Is it fair that millions of Americans who overreached and borrowedmore than they could afford are now being bailed out by the governmentand lending institutions to stave off foreclosure? Why shouldn't thesepeople be made to pay the consequences for their poor judgment?

When my husband and I purchased our home, we were careful to purchaseonly what we could afford. Believe me, there are much larger, muchnicer homes that I would have loved to have purchased. But, takingresponsibility for my behavior and my life, I went with the house thatwe could afford, not the house that we could not afford. The notion ofpersonal responsibility has all but died in our country.

I am outraged, that the country that welcomed my mother as an immigrant from Hitler's Nazi Germany and required that she and herfamily learn English now allows itself to be overrun with illegal immigrants and worse, caters to those illegal immigrants.

I am outraged that my hard-earned taxes help support those here illegally. That the Los Angeles Public School District is in such disarray that I felt it incumbent to send my child to private school, that every time I go to the ATM, I see "do you want to continue inEnglish or Spanish?", that every time I call the bank, the phone company , or similar business, I hear "press 1 for English or press 2 for Spanish". WHY? This is America , our common language is English and attempts to promote a bi- or multi-lingual society are sure to fail and to marginalize those who cannot communicate in English.

I am outraged at our country's weakness in the face of new threats onAmerican traditions from Muslims. Just this week, Tyson's Food negotiated with its union to permit Muslims to have Eid-al-Fitr as a holiday instead of Labor Day. What am I missing? Yes, there is a large Somali Muslim population working at the Tyson's plant in Tennessee. Tennessee , last I checked, is still part of the United States . If Muslims want to live and work here they should be required to live andwork by our American Laws and not impose their will on our long history.

In the same week, Random House announced that they had indefinitely delayed the publication of The Jewel of Medina, by Sherry Jones, a book about the life of Mohammed's wife, Aisha due to fear of retribution and violence by Muslims. When did we become a nation ruled by fear of what other immigrant groups want? It makes me so sad to see large corporations cave rather than stand proudly on the principles that built this country.

I am outraged because appeasement has never worked as a political policy, yet appeasing Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is exactly what we are trying to do. An excellent article, also published recently in theWall Street Journal, went through over 20 years of history and why talking with Iran has been and will continue to be ineffective. Yet talk, with a madman no less, we continue to do. Have we so lost our moral compass and its ability to detect evil that we will not go in and destroy Iran's nuclear program? Would we rather wait for anotherHolocaust for the Jews - one which they would be unlikely to survive? When does it end?

As if the battle for good and evil isn't enough, now come theEnvironmentalists who are so afraid of global warming that they wantto put a Bag tax on grocery bags in California; to eliminate Mylar balloons; to establish something as insidious as the recycle police in San Francisco. I do my share for the environment: I recycle, I use water wisely, I installed an energy efficient air conditioning unit. But when and where does the lunacy stop? Ahmadinejad wants to wipe Israel off the map, the California economy is being overrun by illegal immigrants, and the United States of America no longer knows right from wrong, good from evil.. So what does California do?

So, America , although I can tell you where the outrage is, this one middle-aged, well-educated, upper middle class woman is powerless to do anything about it. I don't even feel like my vote counts because I am so outnumbered by those who disagree with me.

Shown below is my view of the current situation of the interlocking of government and corporations and the end result they are proposing. Although, you may not agree I believe if you took the time you too would reach a similar conclusion. The evidence is clearly in view, and stated quite lucidly by former government officials. I would welcome comments from the public that may have different views, but it first must come to their view.

The story of America, when finally written, will be one of a people struggling to go from rags to riches, and of the few who rose to the top and destroyed the rest. All the rhetoric about a nation of opportunity is merely fiction for most. In order to rise to the highest levels one's ambition must be greater than the love for our fellow man or country. One has to abandon all ethics, morals, and commit to a secular god of greed and power.

Mega-corporations, led by intertwined individuals, define the rules how nations will act and the amount they must pay. These individuals control the aspiring novices and only allow the most dedicated to rise from the local level. As these youngsters are impregnated with the rules, and then show their loyalties to the cause, they may advance. Importantly they must be willing to embrace the very essence of "getting-ahead", i. e. complete obedience to economic growth regardless of consequence. It is the amount that one can bring to the coffers that matters, regardless of how achieved, or whether the result is detrimental to man or his environment. The end, acquiring and amassing wealth, justifies the means.Blindly our nation has turned over it's leadership to incompetents, or perhaps more accurately, willing partisans eager to gain both favor of their bosses and financial benefit. By these miscreants, and with help from the mighty nine Black Robes, Lincoln's words have been transformed into "of the corporation, by the corporation, and for the corporation." We the people have been cast aside and relieved of our Constitutional status.

These misanthropes find hate in Madison's words "That government is instituted and ought to be exercised for the benefit of the people." Now, they see the only purpose for the people, is to provide the wherewithal so that government can fulfill the needs of global corporations. Therefore, Congress writes the laws following the dictates of corporations. When satisfied the corporation will benefit, Congress meets to bestow their blessings. The Constitution is gladly abused, set-aside, or ignored by government if it does not conform to the wishes of those who stand to gain and have the power to control the outcome.

How do we know, by none other than that authority Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who explains "In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way."

Can we say that innocently, without malice, global corporations are victims of a world-wide crash of markets, lending institutions etc.? Here we are bailing out international banks, auto giants, and other world wide conglomerates, why?

The answer B. Hussein Obama has given you, via Joe the Plumber, "To redistribute the wealth." What he didn't tell Joe it was to continue the Bush doctrine of taking from the poorer and giving to the richer.

What easier way to institute the corporate elite plan of a new world order; destroy America by making us dependent on foreign nations.

As Henry Kissinger recently put it, when he was celebrating U.S.-China relations on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, Obama's mission is to usher in a "New World Order." He forgot to mention, of course, that it is a China-dominated New World Order in which the U.S. has become a subsidiary of China, Inc.," (www.newswithviews.com/Kincaid/cliff288.htm). If you doubt, investigate for yourself the interconnectedness of Obama's team, Geithner, Volcker, Summers et al., and their worldly views and whom they truly represent. We have stuck together since the late 1950s, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has run its course.

Our two ideological sides of America cannot, and will not ever agree on what is right, so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile, chalk it up to irreconcilable differences, and go our own way. & lt; /DIV>

Here is a model dissolution agreement: Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that it should be relatively easy!

Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes. We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA, and the military. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore, and Rosie O'Donnell (You are, however , responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move them).

We'll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart, and Wall Street. You can have your beloved homeless, homeboys, hippies, and illegal aliens. We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEOs, and rednecks. We'll keep the bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood . You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us.

You can have the peaceniks and war protestors. When our allies or way of life are under assault, we'll provide them job security. We'll keep our Judeo-Christian values...You are welcome to
Islam, Scientology, Humanism, and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N. But we will no longer be paying the bill. We'll keep the SUVs, pickup trucks, and over-sized luxury cars. You can take every Subaru station wagon you can find. You can give everyone healthcare, if you can find any practicing doctors. bsp; We'll continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right.
We'll keep The Battle Hymn of the Republic and the National Anthem. I'm sure you'll be happy to substitute Imagine, I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing, Kum Ba Ya, or We Are the World.

We'll practice trickle-down economics, and you can give trickle-up poverty its best shot.
Since it often so offends you we'll keep our history, our name, and our flag and our GOD and prayer.

You wrote: "We fight back every time we write a letter to an elected official a letter to the editor or send a donation to an organization that fights for the issues close to our hearts. We fight back each time we dare run for office against the incumbents. In addition, we fight back with each prayer we utter invoking Divine Providence." All very important concepts, but how effective?

1. I write my elected officials frequently, and get back a form letter on a subject I did not write about. If on subject, it fails to address my concern, or just merely tells me how much he/she is concerned. At votetime he/she has expressed another view.

2. I cannot even get organizations that I support to respond to questions I have. There is never any real plan brought forth by most organizations to solve the problem that they are engaged to fight. We write, write, and write some more, but to each other. I voted for the Constitutional Party in the general election, but wonder why there were so few votes for Baldwin?
Where was the message? Even the local chapter was largely benign.

3. I do vote against incumbents generally, but the alternatives are not desirable in most cases. That's a dilemma that the local chapter needs to address, being more effective in making their case for or against someone.

4. God, does have a plan, and perhaps we have abused or rejected his desire for fulfillment? I am no longer sure this nation is "one underGod." We have allowed God fearing people to be rejected in favor of agnosticism and atheism, through the huge influx of diversity. Everyone, regardless of consequence, now control some portion of our lives. Democracy has totally replaced Republicanism.

Obama, now considered by the masses as the messiah, is false hope, and the change he offers is from freedom and liberty to socialism/communism. Our system of government has crashed and is totally under the control of large corporations and their one world governmental dream.
We cannot even get the U.S. Supreme Court to address one simple question...
what is a natural born citizen?

Answer, that Chief Justice Roberts and B. Hussein Obama is no longer eligible.

The United States likes to portray itself as the bastion of freedom and champion of democracy, but if this were really true then there would be at least 6 or 8 different parties to choose from at election time, and given that it is now a country of over 300 million people a choice of at least 10 different parties would be more appropriate, but instead there are just two.

Why is this?

The reason comes down to the "concentration of power" issue that we addressed in an earlier article with respect to corporate America and the systematic disenfranchisement of its population.

The reality is that the two remaining political parties, the Democratic and Republican parties are in fact one, and the only reason that the ultimate step is never taken and the parties merged is that with one party to vote for and an election being completely superfluous, even Joe Sixpack would realize that he is living in a dictatership.
So the 2 remaining parties continue to dumbbell around each other for ever, maintaining the thinnest facade of democracy, and controlling the country for their elitist masters via their duopoly of power.

The plutocratic elites who control the United States and both the Democratic and Republican parties also have complete control over the media, whose job it is to maintain the illusion of democracy, especially during the farcical circus of the election campaign. They do this by playing up contrived and trivial differences between the parties and by playing up personalities who the voting public can identify with, a recent example of this crude but effective approach being the Alaskan hockey mom Sarah Palin suddenly being thrust forward into the limelight, and intended to provide a counterpoint to the sagging old man who would be President, John McCain. At a time of life when he should be content to sit in a rocking chair on his front porch, and dead head the roses and perhaps give occasional advice to troubled young people, McCain intends to try to run a country of 300 million people.

He looks like one long haul flight would finish him off. Although Obama would seem to be the better choice for President, on account of his youthful energy, generally positive dynamic attitude and eloquent use of English, the sad fact is that he is in the pockets of his plutocratic masters just as McCain is and must end up doing their bidding - if he wasn't his funding would have dried up and he would have been run into a ditch long ago.

So with both parties and both candidates completely compromised and representing the same vested interests, it is clear that voting will accomplish absolutely nothing and change nothing - it is a complete and utter waste of time.

The entire election campaign is a charade whose real purpose is to continue the elites' stranglehold on power, whilst at the same time maintaining the illusion that the US is a free and fair society, but otherwise it is a total waste of time and energy.

The lack of any substantive difference between the parties is worth making clear at this juncture, because it means that it is largely irrelevant to the markets who wins the election, and it is the purpose of this article to point this out.

It is always good to end an essentially gloomy article on a positive note. Whoever wins the election and becomes the next President has got to be an improvement on the crass and imbecilic George W Bush, who only got the job through extreme corruption and graft.

If nothing else, election day does provide a chance to socialize and may even present the opportunity for single readers to find a partner. The following chat up lines are tentatively suggested...

Male voter in line to female voter: "You do realize this is a complete waste of time don't you? - we won't change anything..."
Female voter: "Well, yes, but what the heck..."
Male voter: "Might I suggest that we go back to my place and try something a lot more meaningful"...

Feedback would be welcome from readers who try this chat up line whilst at the polling station, even - and especially - if you end up getting kicked shins and/or a black eye. As long-time readers know I am always ready to adjust my thinking...

CA ALERT! California Legislature tries to stop state use of Employment Verification system!

AB 2076, by Assembly member Felipe Fuentes (D-Sylmar), would prohibit state agencies and local governments in California from using the federal "E-Verify" system to determine if their employees are legally eligible for work.

The legislation would also discourage private employers from using the system.

The bill won approval in the State Assembly by a 43-31 vote and is now in the State Senate.

According to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, E-Verify has already identified 200,000 individuals trying to gain work in the United States who were not entitled, legally, to employment.

The verification system is a voluntary, internet-based program used by a growing number of employers nationwide.The E-Verify system uses information in databases maintained by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration.

While there are bound to be glitches in databases of this size, the program provides for probationary periods to clear up any discrepancies among those legally eligible for employment.While other states attempt to stop the abuse of illegal immigration, the California Legislature seeks to prevent businesses from verifying the citizenship or other eligibility of their employees.

ACTION NEEDED
Am I to understand American taxpaying citizens can’t do a damn thing about the total un-American action this pro-illegal state is doing to undermine American sovereignty by inviting criminal illegal aliens into this country?

These criminal aliens bring known dangerous diseases, no background checks, could even be terrorist to bring weapons of mass destruction. We know several drugs come through California, we know they are destine to spread out and not stay in California, so surrounding states get wherever gang members decide to go.

Will the U. S. Congress pass the SAVE ACT, will they back illegal alien criminals?

Please explain why American taxpaying citizens can’t be protected from criminal invaders, we must have total law enforcement, every illegal alien must be deported!!!!!

A great day for the former Republic called America?

A day closer to eliminating one Socialist and electing another?

The fascist group, led by Jorge W., is meeting with Felipe Calderon of Mexico and Stephen Harper of Canada to solidify the North American Open Border Summit, to open gates and ports to all foreign nationals.

The socialist Congress is working for unlimited H-1B and H-2B visas so corporations can hire cheap labor and so aliens can fill jobs American taxpaying citizens won’t do because the jobs don’t pay living wages.

Pew Hispanic Research Center projects Population Will Reach 438 Million in 2050; 82 percent of Growrh Attributable to Immigration. With additional “anchor babies” I predict that number will be achieved by the year 2025?

While the Governor of Idaho and 42 business leaders are in Mexico, leading the way to recruit additional business, I am sure they are promoting the advantages of living in the great state of Idaho. I suspect they will be telling their compadres that they will be implementing a new guest worker program that will not require any paper work, just get here and we will ensure you are welcomed into the "safe haven."

Today in The Statesman, “Iraqi refugees find a safe haven in Boise, Refugees of all nationalities have benefited from Idaho’s booming economy, low unemployment and affordable housing.”

WHERE IS THIS NATION GOING?

We are currently in an endless war, our troops are scattered throughout the world, and we are about to start another "do as I say war." Yet, the Commander-in-Chief and advisors have absolutely no conception of how to deal with the terrorists in these foreign lands, but tell us we are being protected at home. The only plan appears to be to destroy it, then rebuild it in our image. What an image we project!

What is it about us that we feel obligated to tell others how to live and govern themselves? Are we really capable of managing our own affairs? Consider the billions being spent by the current administration on homeland security. Since its creation the DHS has proven itself incapable of doing anything to protect the citizens of this nation from terrorists. The borders remain porous.

Our leaders continue to allow thousands of Saudi students, Iraqi refugees, Indian tech workers, and a host of other potential terrorists to legally enter. The DHS does not have a clue as to the motives of most of these entrants, nor do they even have a guess as to who the illegals are that cross the borders. They are incapable of insuring guests return to their countries of origin, so how could they ever manage checking on millions of guest workers. Open borders are just one part of the plan to destroy the sovereignty of this nation.

Our total national debt is above $9 trillion, of which $5 trillion is owned by foreigners, and for China alone we owe $1.3 trillion. Our trade deficit was $764 billion in 2006. We owe about $50 trillion to social security and medicare. Consider also, foreigners control some 8,000 U.S. companies worth more than $8 trillion, with some being bought with the intention to gain global control of key technologies and raw materials. When we have sold all our wealth producing industries to foreign interests...then how will we pay the bills? On a service economy?

Are our leaders being duped by foreign governments or is this just another part of the plan? China manipulates its currency to artificially provide price advantages for their exports. Many European countries have value added taxes, but we agree to eliminate tariffs. Our Congress willingly joined the WTO to facilitate our downfall.

Don't be oblivious to the obvious. There is a calculated reason for this apparent stupidity. My guess is that the plan is to destroy this nation through diversity and multiculturism. Then unite us into a one world government controlled by a consortium of corporate interests.

Boosting Trade is Vital to Idaho

Why is boosting trade vital to Idaho?
Are you implying that all citizens benefit from increased trade, or just the businesses involved, or that the state coffers are enhanced, or is it the proverbial win-win situation for all? Somehow your opinion did not reflect answers to the initial statement "Boosting trade is vital to Idaho."

Obviously, State government (Agriculture and Commerce) are enthused and seek to boost their own importance. Three percent of all trade is hardly something to gloat about. The 3% is unclear.

Does it means gross shipment or net profit? Nothing was said about the amount of goods we imported from Mexico and whether there was a net difference between imports and exports.

Perhaps, that figure would be embarrassing???

I can understand why government wants more trade, but NAFTA is not a "fair" trade agreement. If it was it no one would be allowed to impose any tariffs, even if some may be considered favorable. In addition should Idaho choose to pass a law to protect their interests, but Canada or Mexico finds it hurts their right to profit, the resolution will be forthcoming from an independent body not governed by our Constitution. Our agricultural subsidies have ruined small farmers in Mexico, and as retribution we find millions of "campesinos" wending their way northward.

Unfortunately, Idaho agriculture like most of the country has become dependent upon "slave labor" from Mexico to boost the profits of "slave masters." The legislature was correct in issuing a Memorial, but they should have been more emphatic in their condemnation of the illegal alien invasion and strenthened Idaho laws to prevent employers from hiring illegal aliens.

The State taxes received from the $128.2 million received in exports with Mexico is only a fraction of the dollars leaving or costing the the state. Millions of dollars, in remittances, are sent to Mexico. The State and/or counties spend millions for medical, educational, and other benefits paid so that agriculture can utilize illegal aliens to lower their production costs. Obviously, the Statesman and government officials see this as beneficial to the citizens of the State.

We citizens are supposed to see an increase in population as necessary, as long as the economy is boosted. If we don't too bad, because the business is king and the citizens their serfs.

How would he pull it off? I wondered. How would Barack explain to his press groupies why he sat silent in a pew for 20 years as the Rev. Jeremiah Wright delivered racist rants against white America for our maligning of Fidel and Gadhafi, and inventing AIDS to infect and kill black people?

How would he justify not walking out as Wright spewed his venom about 'the U.S. of K.K.K. America,' and howled, 'God damn America!' My hunch was right. Barack would turn the tables.

Yes, Barack agreed, Wright's statements were 'controversial,' and 'divisive,' and 'racially charged,' reflecting a 'distorted view of America.' But we must understand the man in full and the black experience out of which the Rev. Wright came: 350 years of slavery and segregation.

Barack then listed black grievances and informed us what white America must do to close the racial divide and heal the country. The 'white community,' said Barack, must start 'acknowledging that what ails the African-American community does not just exist in the minds of black people; that the legacy of discrimination -- and current incidents of discrimination, while less overt than in the past -- are real and must be addressed. Not just with words, but with deeds ... .' And what deeds must we perform to heal ourselves and our country?

The 'white community' must invest more money in black schools and communities, enforce civil rights laws, ensure fairness in the criminal justice system and provide this generation of blacks with 'ladders of opportunity' that were 'unavailable' to Barack's and the Rev. Wright's generations.

What is wrong with Barack's prognosis and Barack's cure? Only this. It is the same old con, the same old shakedown that black hustlers have been running since the Kerner Commission blamed the riots in Harlem, Watts, Newark, Detroit and a hundred other cities on, as Nixon put it, 'everybody but the rioters themselves.' Was 'white racism' really responsible for those black men looting auto dealerships and liquor stories, and burning down their own communities, as Otto Kerner said -- that liberal icon until the feds put him away for bribery.

Barack says we need to have a conversation about race in America. Fair enough.
But this time, it has to be a two-way conversation.
White America needs to be heard from, not just lectured to.

This time, the Silent Majority needs to have its convictions, grievances and demands heard. And among them are these:
First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known. Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American.

Second , no people anywhere has done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the '60s on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream.

Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks -- with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas -- to advance black applicants over white applicants. Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks. We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude? Barack talks about new 'ladders of opportunity' for blacks. Let him go to Altoona and Johnstown, and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for 'deserving' white kids.

Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America? Is it really white America's fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent? Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?

As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time? Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three y ears of this decade as the reverse?

We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena. And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing. Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago.

Judge stops deportation proceedings against Danbury family because of anchor babies

A federal judge ruled in favor of the defendant and has stopped deportation proceedings against a Danbury family. The judge said that deporting Tereza Pereira and Carlos Lima would result in an exceptional hardship on their two American-born sons, one of which is an honor student at Danbury High School.

Comments:

Without reading the decision, this is a travesty of justice. The two parents are here illegally, those that employ them are violating the law and those that rent to them are violating the law.

All subject to fines and imprisonment.The "anchor baby" children are not American citizens simply because of birth in the United States because they are sons of people who are not citizens. In the same sense, that a son or daughter of a foreign diplomat born in the United States, is not a citizens.

The rationale that their deportation would cause undue hardship to the anchor babies is a judge making up the law. Nowhere in the immigration law is anything like that remotely proposed. By the same line of argument, one could argue that parents who robbed a bank should not have to give up the money because it would be an undue hardship on their children.I think this will be a very important case, and should be argued to the Supreme Court.

It has ramifications far beyond Danbury and impacts millions of anchor babies born in the United States. I am not so sure why they will immediately get any green card, but note if the millions of anchor baby children are deemed citizens, then under family unification, a one-year old can apply for entry of its parents. In fact, a de facto amnesty.

The impact of illegal immigration, while having these touching personal stories, is an unmitigated disaster for American citizens. Ecologically it means going from a population of 300 million (far too high) to 450 million in about fifty million years. Economically, it will impact the poorest Americans and send states like California into bankruptcy. Politically, it will mean that Los Angeles will probably declare itself independent from the U.S.(as Kosovo), Reconquista will be accomplished and California, AZ, NM and TX will become part of Texas.

Those who are championing this open borders decision better be prepared to know what they are heading toward, if decisions like this are finally the law of the land.

On 7/7/06, Mexican American professor Armando Navarro, who has organized many pro-illegal alien rallies, was quoted in the Los Angeles Times as saying, "A new majority is forming. Everything will change. The White House will be within our reach. We might have to change the name to the Brown House."

Almost everyday we are told that growth is good, because our economy needs to grow so we will all have a better standard of living. We are constantly reminded that unemployment is the lowest ever, and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is climbing upwards. The future of the Treasure Valley is vibrant. Yet, none of our governmental officials seem to be concerned that there are limits to growth, in land, water, energy, and biota, as well as in quality of life.

World-wide there are 6.5 billion people, which is expected to double in less than 50 years. In the U.S. the Census Bureau’s population clock shows we have over 303 million people. We add another person every 11 seconds, or 2,866,908 people per year, of which 1,051,200 are migrants. These figures are likely much higher because government tends to shy from the truth. Can we sustain such growth in population with our finite resources?

It has been reported that each American consumes more than 50-times more goods and services than the average Chinese citizen. Our per capita standard of living is twice that of Europeans, average $26,000 vs. $12,300 per person per year. This has been possible, because America was blessed with abundant fertile cropland, water, and fossil energy, but with continued population growth expect severe resource shortages as being experienced in China and Africa today.

And, nationally, statewide, and locally Chambers of Commerce, politicians, and corporations all cry for more people. With more people we continue to put more demand on the land and our ability to care for our people. Senator Craig remarked that we need 500,000 more [tax paying] people each year to insure that social security will be funded. We lose, worldwide, 10 to 35 million hectares (1 ha=2.47 acres) of land to urbanization and highways per year, and one-half is arable land. (Piemental et al., 1999). Because of expanding populations there is greater demand for water particularly in areas where water is already in short supply. We are already seeing increased demand for fossil energy worldwide. It is estimated that we lose 150 species each day due to increasing human population and certain human activities. Can we continue to grow our population for the fallacious goal to grow the economy?

As we look about the valley we see more businesses, more subdivisions, more schools, more cars, more road construction, larger governments, and greater frustration. Should we believe those economists that espouse population growth as being necessary for our financial well being? Or should we consider an economy based on a steady state of population? Who will really suffer, the CEO, the President, the farmer, or the elderly by restricting population growth and particularly legal and illegal immigration? Are we really better off for all this growth, while our quality of life, freedoms, and liberties diminish as rapidly. Think about who really benefits from growth as you are being replaced by a foreigner, or your job is being outsourced, and your future trashed.

It is amazing how the anti-illegal immigration movement has grown over the past four years. Looking back into the docile past, you would never see nor hear about anything dealing with illegal immigration on television or in the newspapers. And even though the cheap-labor criminal cartel, led by George W. Bush, continues to suppress as much "bad news" as they can, it now leaks into the air waves like water from a fifty year-old radiator.

The crime-ridden corrupt American media still makes an attempt to down play the Chicano cancer that is literally killing America and more often than not denies the invasion from Mexico is not in the "top ten issues" with Americans. If you went back just two years, the John McLaughlin group had a show on the "top fifteen issues" and illegal immigration was no where to be seen. But like festering carcinoma surfacing from a diseased internal organ, the nation-killing plague can no longer be silenced.

Most activists had prayed for the day when the reality of the Mexican melee reached critical mass with the American public with the hope a trend of reversal would begin. But as most have learned to their shock and dismay, the Mexicanization of America is rocketing forward at full steam.

Under the criminal Bush administration, it is no longer "taboo" to publicly support illegal immigration. There is no fear in admitting you are an illegal alien. There are no repercussions for admitting that you hire illegal aliens.

Under the American system of civilized democracy, the obvious remedy reached for is at the voting booth. But most informed Americans have learned there is a long line of pro-illegal criminals waiting to take public office, and the handful of non-criminals with political aspirations are being buried by the George Bush cheap-labor criminal cartel, for which the criminal media speaks.

The hope for America to delouse the White House of George Bush and install a patriot who will come down on Mexicanizaton with both feet is fading into the sunset. That hope was within the Republican party, but the media has seen to it that pro-cheap labor pro-illegal Mexican criminal candidates have risen to the top of heap so that it appears hope no longer exists. It is almost assured that ANOTHER Mexicanization president, regardless of party, will take the reins of power in 2008.

A trace of hope gone by was that a Republican-controlled congress would have given George Bush an ultimatum - enforce the laws or be impeached. But doing so would have surely killed any chance for a Republican White House victory in 2008, so the country is being sacrificed for the quest for power.

Several states have filed suits against the criminal Bush administration over the “INTENTIONAL” failure to secure the border and enforce interior immigration laws. But every single one of the suits have been thrown out by federal courts, who are an integral part of the massive criminal cartel.

So there you have it. Stopping the Mexicanization of America cannot be achieved by voting, nor even litigation. It cannot be stopped by voter ballot initiatives because such measures, even when passed by a wide majority, are laughed off and ignored by criminals in power within the corporate-owned local and state governments. Let the public do whatever they please. Activism only serves as a distraction and a false sense of progress, while the criminals go forward with Mexicanization at full throttle.

Nothing less that full scale insurrection will save America now. Instead of multiple deaths of innocent citizens and public law officers as a by-product of Mexicanization, the turn around will have the be the deaths of legislators, mayors, governors, congressmen, senators, and yes, even the executive and thief. There will have to be massive riots in the streets, destruction of property, disruption of commerce, and Americans willing to kill and be killed.

Anyone thinking there is any other remedy is a complete and total fool. The overwhelming evidence and track record clearly demonstrate the "participatory democracy" is a laughable failure. The fear of loss of revenue and loss of life for the gigantic criminal cartel is the ONLY thing that will stop them. Americans are up against the wall and faced with no-win choices: destroy your lifestyle now or do nothing and destroy the country for your children and their children.

Most people's wager is on the country to lose, and Mexicanization and a dead America to win, place, and show.

I am angry with our President and the majority in Congress. From my view they are taking us down a slippery slope to socialism at first, and communism in the end.

Our government has largely become socialist, offering every imaginable enticement to further
their aim... a one world government run by the international bankers.

I fault the media to a large measure because they do not tell the story of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) and it's insidious goal of the North American Union (NAU). The SPP is patterned after the European Union and has similar goals... unrestricted movement of goods, services, and people between former nations. We will have essentially no borders and will become integrated fully with Canada and Mexico. Therefore, all the hubris about Comprehensive Immigration Reform is just smoke and mirrors to keep you from knowing the truth about the pending NAU.

Citizens you are about to lose your country to communism! We probably deserve it because we are too complacent to stop it or just too eager to accept the handouts. For nearly a century the power brokers have insidiously worked to socialize this nation; the major step to communism.

In less than two full terms Dictator Bush has about completed the task. He has taken this nation from a Constitutional Republic to a Democratic Socialist State. He regards the Constitution as a worthless piece of paper and has declared he is above the law. The Executive branch of government reigns above the Judicial and Legislative branches, and the latter are so entwined with the conspiracy they have no will to provide "checks and balances."

The Judicial have taken away our right to property. Our Congress allows the dictator to take away our right to protect ourselves from illegal imprisonment and the right to a trial. They also declared Bush the Commander of the National Guard whenever he so chooses. The dictator feels he has the right to monitor our emails, telephone calls, restrict our travel under some notion that we are terrorists. Agencies thwart every effort to stop the illegal invasion, because an Internationalist President and a spineless Congress so allow. Congress allowed us to go to war without so declaring, because they are pawns of the power brokers and have no courage.

Karl Marx wrote the Communist Manifesto in which he says, "To achieve the socialist dictatorship of the proletariat, three things have to be accomplished: (1) The elimination of the right to private property, (2) The dissolution of the family unit, and (3) Destruction of religion. Whether you recognize it or not these things are happening before your eyes.

Our government, both state and federal, appears to be hell bent on destroying this nation.

If not, why do they refuse to stop the inflow of millions of legal and illegal aliens of diverse cultures and religions. Why do they allow unnatural homosexual marriages, providing condoms to school age children and encouraging the abortions that result, promote the removal of religion from our schools, and blatantly aid and abet every socialistic cause known.

These thugs knowingly give billions of our tax dollars to support every conceivable group devoted to exterminating our culture.

Behind closed doors Bush and cohorts want to unite us with Canada and Mexico to further their aims of creating a one world government. We do not want nor need 30 million illegal aliens demanding services at our expense.

We want them deported. We do not want to be citizens of the North American Union. Do such goals benefit you and I, or are we mere pawns in the scheme to enrich the international bankers?

If you don't act now you will might as well kiss your freedoms goodbye. Bush and his "compadres" are not about to be compassionate to you.

Welcome back!
I'm writing to ask you to oppose any proposal to increase foreign workers or reward illegal aliens with residency.

It would, however, be a mistake for you to think that any one of us approve of your behavior on immigration in the last Congress. I know this from my own experience and talking to other of your constituents.

I also know it because of polling in our region of the country.
You have done one horrible job for the U.S.A. The majority of us are not pleased with your vote in favor of the radical S. 2611 to create a massive guest-worker-amnesty bill.
Please don't make a similar mistake in the 110th Congress.

American taxpayers don't support illegal aliens, we want to deport all illegal aliens and their "illegal anchor babies" since truthfully the 14th amendment is null and void!
Now, we have a crack-pot judge in Florida who wants the Federal government to stop deportation of illegal aliens who claim to have kids born on American soil, when all American citizens know most foreigners get pregnant someplace, somehow, with whomever, just to get to U.S.A. soil to receive all the medical and social benefits free, compliments of American taxpaying citizens!

It's bad enough we have a 31-year old bitch felon, a fugitive from justice holed up in a 7/11 store front church in downtown Chicago who Homeland Security won't touch while she has two Illinois U. S. Senators and a U. S. Congressman holding her hand, while she is filing suit against Bush, Cheney and Chertoff, because she don't want to leave her fatherless son. Some rumors have it she is now pregnant again maybe by the Church Pastor "slim." Everyone knows, neither Bush or Mexican AG Gonzalez, and/or the E.O.I.R. will ever deport this felon, even though she should be in prison and fined for her criminal actions.

The standard argument is that Bush is not the first to "ignore" the problem.
In fact, THEY are ignoring the facts:

1) In the history of this country, there has never been such an outcry over the greasy invasion from Mexico, because there has never been such an invasion in such massive numbers. So massive in fact, that Arizona led the nation in 2004 in passing legislation to fight the invasion.

2) In the history of this country, there has never been such widespread legislation enacted by states, counties, and cities to fight the invasion because there is a criminal in the White House who intentionally perpetuates the invasion to feed campaign contributors with windfall profit-generating cheap labor.

3) In the history of this country, there has never been a sitting President who openly and continually takes the side of invaders stealing the sovereignty of the nation. This unchecked tyrant has been able to sneer off the crys for law enforcement by demanding that illegal acts be legislated to make them legal.

Comparing the actions and non-actions of George W. Bush to past Presidents is inept at best.

Had a previous President attempted to perpetrate such an atmosphere of lawlessness upon the country, his brains would have been blown completely out of his head.

Military Commissions Act: A Precursor To Tyranny?

In an interview with nationally syndicated radio talk show host Alex Jones, Rep. Ron Paul of Texas recently discussed President Bush's support for the Military Commissions Act. During the interview, Paul said that "the law officially allows for citizen concentration camp facilities."
Paul also warned that "the Military Commissions Act and the Defense Authorization Act . . . essentially wipes out Habeas Corpus."

Paul continued by noting, "Right now we don't have concentration camps, but . . . the authority has been given so that concentration camps can come without Habeas Corpus." He then said, "If they can lock you up, what good is freedom of speech or what good is a gun?"

Couple the implementation of the Military Commissions Act with the already-passed USA Patriot Act and all the legalities necessary to completely eviscerate America's constitutionally-protected liberties are in place. Think of it. Without firing a shot or dropping a bomb, President George W. Bush has done more to strip the American people of their liberties than all the world's despots and dictators combined!

Consider further the recent statements of former house speaker Newt Gingrich. According to the (Manchester, NH) Union Leader, "Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich yesterday [Monday, Nov. 27] in Manchester said the country will be forced to reexamine freedom of speech to meet the threat of terrorism.

"Gingrich, speaking at a Manchester awards banquet, said a 'different set of rules' may be needed to reduce terrorists' ability to use the Internet and free speech to recruit and get out their message."

Of course, Mr. Gingrich did not say how he plans to reduce people's free speech rights. Neither did he say a word about the fact that our greatest potential for terrorism is coming in the form of an invasion of illegal aliens across our southern border, and that it has been the words and policies of one George W. Bush that have mostly contributed to this threat.

Will someone please tell me how expunging the free speech of the American people is going to make the United States safer? And, pray tell, why are our brave troops fighting and dying in Iraq and Afghanistan, ostensibly to "promote democracy," if the same political leaders who sent them to the Middle East are working to shrink democracy here at home?

Ladies and gentlemen, please wake up! Under the leadership of President George W. Bush, rights and freedoms that have been lost to you include your right to an attorney, your right to know the charges being levied against you, the right to a speedy trial, the right to trial by a jury of your peers, the right to not be subjected to torture, the right to not have your home and personal items searched and seized without warrant, the right to not have your personal conversations (including letters and email) intercepted without court order, and the right to not incriminate yourself, just to name a few. And now we learn that our government has authorized and is planning to build "concentration camp facilities."

Furthermore, just because you or I have not yet been personally subjected to this tyranny, does not mean that we won't be! The seeds are already planted; the die is already cast. The time to act is not when you are being carted off to an "undisclosed location." By then, it is too late.

Thank God for Congressman Ron Paul. If it weren't for him, there would be practically no one on Capitol Hill willing to sound the alarm for the American people. I wish someone could convince him to run for President of the United States on the Constitution Party ticket. The GOP would never support his candidacy for president, but the CP would welcome him with open arms. And, given the American people's frustration with both major parties, a serious third party challenge is very possible in 2008.

In the meantime, the power establishment in Washington, D.C., continues to undermine our Constitution and fritter away our freedoms.

Please explain the reason why the White House and the U.S. Congress hates all White American Taxpaying Citizens? It is my opinion, this includes Democrats (Socialist) and Republicans (Communist) who has the ambition to destroy America as soon as possible.

How can Bush state we are a nation of laws when cities cannot write or enforce a law to stop criminals who have invaded this nation without being stopped by some Federal Judge ruling from the bench encouraged by the Communist ACLU?
White people have no rights.

Every time I read this garbage I feel like Bush had a bowel movement right in my face!!!!!

Living in Idaho, In my opinion, we can't stop Socialist/Communist like Kennedy, McCain, Specter, Durbin and yes, Craig of Idaho. Canyon County, Idaho, who supports another safe haven for illegal immigrants, as published December 18th, 2005, by reporter Ben Fletcher, Idaho Press Tribune.

Like the 31 year old felon bitch sitting in a burger-king church in downtown Chicago endorsed by Durbin and the Ohama Mamma, (future Democrat White House President).
This woman has defied the law for three months when she should be in prison. Now she is maybe pregnant by "slim" the pastor and our government is afraid to arrest her, because she is a Mexican?

It 'tis the season to beg for money, berate your opponent, and promise everything that is not yours to give...it's election time.

Every so often we get some new-wannabes, but usually it is the same slate of thugs hoping to extend their tenure at the public trough.

Regardless, whether Democrat or Republican, the yapping, yowling, and promising goes on.
Few candidates ever concern themselves that their promises are unconstitutional and are mostly socialistic.

Unfortunately, the people have succumbed to the drone of these parrots, echoing party lines, as if it is gospel and good for our well being, as well as for the nation.
We have, sadly, become willing to be led by fascists, socialists, and Marxists.
We are no longer willing to hold our government accountable.

We have capitulated to "Big Brother knows best."

How can we as a people allow our government to funnel tons of dollars into subversive groups that work against the laws we have enacted, or literally lose trillions to corruption, in-competency, and waste?

Do Democrats or Republicans ever propose to remove federal programs that are not only costly, but unconstitutional?

We read about the impending destruction of the middle class and the bankruptcy of our nation.

Our country is being invaded, do politicians really care, and offer real solutions to rid the nation of these hordes?

Do we ever hear of a politician refusing federal grant money or "pork?"
Who is speaking for the citizens of this nation?
Obviously, not those wearing Democratic and Republican buttons in their lapel.

Don't you think it time for American's to take back their country from those so eager to destroy it?

Tell your favorite politician his/her loyalty is to United States not the party and that they must abide by the Constitution.

Anything less is unacceptable nor will be tolerated.

Is the News Media mostly Propaganda?

The news media in general, with their liberal views connected to Socialist ideas leading toward Communist methods does not disgust me anymore, it just makes me damn angry.

What motivates the press and the Idaho Statesman to fill their papers with propaganda? A recent article by John Leland (Stolen Social Security numbers pave way for illegal immigrants) is a case in point.

The Statesman changed the original title and altered the content. The original published by the New York Times was titled "Some ID Theft IS Not for Profit, but to Get a Job."

Throughout both articles the thrust was to show that illegal aliens were not criminals, because by some fuzzy logic, it was justifiable for aliens to use fraudulent documents in order to be employed and even those affected by the crime sympathized with the alien.

The Leland article started with Camber Lybbert whose three year old daughter's Social Security number was being used by an illegal alien. This three year old had already incurred $25,000 in debt for two credit cards and two auto loans. We were informed that the father understood the illegal was just using the number to get a job, a car, and provide for his family. No serious crime was committed.

The Statesman chose to lead off with Maria, age 51 and an illegal alien, of Caldwell, Idaho who admittedly purchased a green card and Social Security card for $180 and complained she would not get her Social Security money when she retired. Scott, in Ogden, whose daughter had her number stolen by a female illegal in Provo, remarked "...give her Bailey's number and issue us a new one."

Are we to believe these are real or just contrived cases to convince us that fraud is not bad when it is for committed a good cause?

How did Mr. Leland find these individuals to obtain their stories? If you know the individual is an illegal alien and has committed a crime are you not also in violation of law if you do not report them?

Various subsections (Harboring, Encouraging/Inducing, Conspiracy/Aiding and Abetting) of Title 8 Section 1324 of U.S. Code makes the actions of those knowledgeable subject to penalties.

The alien has committed a crime when he ENTERS or ATTEMPTS TO ENTER the U.S. at any time or place other than designated. Aliens caught while attempting to enter can be fined. Here is the biggie...it is a felony offense (Title 18, Subsection 1546(b) to use false identification for the purposes of satisfying the employment verification provisions of Title 8 Subsection 1324a(b).

Not only have these illegal aliens committed crimes by entering, and avoiding inspection, many if not most have used fraudulent documents to secure jobs and benefits they are not entitled. A large number have re-entered after deportation one or more times. Therefore each and every one is a felon by definition of law.

Example: Elvira Arellano, 31-year old felon holed up in a store front United Methodist Church in Chicago, Illinois for 26 days? Why? She was deported, she returned, was caught?
Now it is reported, she has become pregnant, by they think the Church Pastor, "Slim."

Under Title 18, a person having been removed for commission of three or more misdemeanors involving drugs, crimes against persons, or both or a FELONY (other than an aggravated felony) the statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 10 years. Why are these individuals reported by Mr. Leland not in jail? Bush keeps saying, "We are a nation of laws?"

It is extremely frustrating knowing that newspapers, television, and radio broadcasters never tell the whole story. Almost every story is slanted to benefit the criminal.

I am angry that few of the politicians in this state even care about the future of this country as long as they get re-elected and benefit from the vast amounts of money exchanging hands.

It is a sad day when American Taxpaying Citizens can't protect persons who want to save this nation from total destruction.

My wife and I voted for you as the lesser of two evils which I must admit has taught us both a lesson that from now on is to not waste our time by even voting at all.
You have heard the old story, “there are winners and there are losers,” we lost!

In our opinion, five things have happened to destroy this once great nation, as follow;

1) YOU...and your White House cronies along with the the U.S. Senate should be impeached!

2) Country of the people, for the people, by the people, has become,
"This government of the corporations, by the corporations, for the corporations.

3) Encouraging illegal aliens to run loose in this country while American citizens have no
law enforcement for protection. DHS, ICE, EOIR, USCIS operations are a joke,
should be abolished and turned over to the U.S. Military, not the Natl. Guard who can't
even carry water pistols to protect our country. Disgusting!

4) Sec. I & V of the 14th Amendment, the most preposterous law shoved down the
throats of all Americans. You could shut down this treasonous "anchor baby rule," with
a simple stroke of the pen, this lie cost American taxpayers millions of dollars, plus,
“It is the biggest boost for all Mexicans.”

5) The great destruction of this nation will come from the guest-worker amnesty award to
illegal aliens. This will initiate more violence and bloodshed then this country has ever
seen. It will drain every resource, Education and Medical problems will suffer, crime
will be out of sight, it will suck the blood from American Citizens.
As former Colorado Gov. Richard Lamm said:
"Turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bicultural country.
History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict and antagonism of two or
more competing languages and cultures."

One last question: "Is it fear," are you afraid that these Socialist/Communist led foreigners will burn this once great so-called "Super Power?"

Ignorance Of The Law Can't Be An Excuse

To whom this may concern:

The United States is in deep trouble. Our elected leaders have literally ignored the Constitution and have allowed this country to be invaded. Current polls unanimously declare that 85 percent of the citizens want all illegal aliens returned to their countries of origin and for legal immigration to be reduced to a 200,000 per year level. We the people have no voice at federal levels anymore, because politicians decide the issues based on who has the deepest pockets. The following is an attitude not based on reality, but on the fact that the Senator is catering to certain global interests that are demanding ever cheaper labor at the expense of the U.S. citizen.
We are told by the likes of Senator John McCain (R-AZ) that “...it is impossible to identify and roundup all the 10 to 11 million current undocumented, and if we did it would ground our economy to a halt. These millions of people are working.” [the true number is more than 20 million, and not all are working]. Where do they get these low numbers, because even back in the 1984 GOP platform it indicated: “With the estimates of the number of illegal aliens in the United States ranging as high as 12 million.” He cannot believe that all these individuals will come out of the “shadows”, pay fines and back taxes, when they know that once they are into the U.S. they have “safe havens” in nearly every city and county. In an article published by the Idaho Press-Tribune (IPT), 18 December 2005, Ben Fletcher wrote that Canyon County was a “safe haven,” because the county will do nothing to enforce the laws. These illegal aliens know that state and local officers are not enforcing immigration laws, so they continue to come in droves. It has been estimated that over 500,000 have criminal records, some with violent crimes, and none of these would voluntarily report to pay their fines and taxes.

The U.S. currently accepts nearly a million of legal immigrants per year, and with nearly a million more illegal aliens entering per year the prognosis is grim. Under the Senate Bill 2611 the numbers of legal immigrants would triple, and coupled with the number entering under family reunification, it has been estimated that the population increase would reach 66 million in just 20 years. Implementing the solution offered by the President, John McCain and Craig of Idaho, coupled with continued levels from legal immigration, to say nothing of the illegal aliens that will still come hoping for amnesty, will bury this country in a population so large that it will severely impact our lives, as well as our resources, particularly water and food production. Without severe curtailment now, expect the U.S. population to reach 600 million by mid and 1 billion by centuries end. Fortunately, McCain is absolutely wrong, because we can, with federal, state, and local law enforcement cooperation, reduce the population of illegal aliens drastically.

Again in the IPT, Mr. Ben Fletcher, wrote an article “Local Police don’t focus on illegals” wherein he quotes Assistant Nampa Police Chief Tim Vincent, “As it stands, local police officers can’t detain an undocumented immigrant[s] just for being in the country illegally because it’s federal jurisdiction.” This statement by officer Vincent is inaccurate. Kris W. Kobach, former counsel to former Attorney General John Ashcroft, provided the following in testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee on , April 22, 2004:

“[T]he law on this question is quite clear: arresting aliens who have violated either criminal provisions of the INA [Immigration and Nationality Act] or civil provisions that render an alien deportable is within the inherent authority of the states. And such inherent arrest authority has never been preempted by Congress [his emphasis]...[but] any assistance that state or local police provide to the federal government in the enforcement of federal immigration laws is entirely voluntary [my emphasis]. There is no provision of the U.S. Code or the Code of Federal Regulations that obligates local law enforcement agencies to devote any resources to the enforcement of federal immigration laws.”

One only has to visit the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 and Title 8 Section 1325 to understand that when an alien has illegally entered the country he is subject to fine plus up to 6 months in jail. If he has been deported once, the fine increases and the penalty is up to 1 year in jail- - - a felony. Surely, there should be plenty of incentive to make that inquiry whether the person is here legally?

Consequently, the state or local law enforcement has chosen consciously not to enforce federal immigration law, and not just because it is out of their jurisdiction.

Colonel Dan Charboneau, head Idaho State Police, stated it thusly,

“Immigration law has a fairly complex set of regulations at the federal level, which causes state and local law enforcement to usually step away, simply because of all the ins and outs of federal immigration law are not well known at the state and local levels.
That became very evident in the last 18 months when ISP had a request from Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) for both state and local law enforcement to enter into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with them to enforce immigration laws in the State of Idaho. ISP stepped back, stating that they could not do that.” [my emphasis. His remarks were given on July 25, 2005 to the Idaho Human Trafficking Interim Committee, Boise, ID].

Col. Charboneau did not elaborate on why they could not sign a MOU with the federal government regarding immigration law enforcement, except one must assume from his remarks that federal law is too complex for state and local law enforcement to understand. There is no doubt state and local law enforcement do not want to enforce immigration law, or else they would, since there are no federal barriers to their participation.

The sad thing is that the citizens of the United States expect federal, state, and local law enforcement to enforce the laws of the land. It is not only the mere fact that some aliens enter the country illegally, but it is that some bring incurable diseases, utilize services provided by tax paying citizens, and many are engaged in illicit activities.

Kris Kobach pleaded,

“The role that state and local police officers play simply cannot be overstated. They are the eyes and ears [his emphasis] of law enforcement that span the nation. They are the officers who encounter aliens in traffic stops and other routine law enforcement situations. Federal law enforcement officers simply cannot cover the same ground.”

The state legislature needs to revisit this issue, because it is vital in the apprehension of terrorists, as well as, doing what is right for the citizens of this state who must bear the burden of the illegal invasion. Many of the issues of education, medical, and gang problems could be reduced substantially if our leaders would open their eyes to the real problems of numbers rather than making excuses and trying to find funding solutions for them.

Please consider requiring state and local law enforcement to obey all laws of the land. As a first step pass a resolution declaring that Idaho is not a “safe haven” for illegal aliens. Second, ask the federal government to clean up their own house and seriously enforce and fund existing immigration law, so that state and local law enforcement know that the federal agents will respond to their apprehensions. Thirdly, negotiate for full reimbursement for all expenditures by officers enforcing federal laws. Fourth, mandate that state and local law enforcement agencies will vigorously enforce federal immigration laws. The issue is too important to quibble over who pays.

Regardless of whether the federal government or state government pays for the costs the taxpayer is the one who ultimately pays, so please ENFORCE THE LAW.

Ten Easy Questions (and Answers) on Illegal Aliens

1) "They are here" . . .
Yes! . . . But when someone trespasses on your property or enters your home "uninvited" you have a right to ask them to leave.

2) "How will they get home" . . .
The same way that they came . . . one by one, on their "own dime".

3) "Who will do the work" . . .
Who did the work before? These are not skilled jobs requiring years of education or training. There are millions of unemployed Americans who will "do the work", for a fair wage.

4) "We will have to pay someone else, more" . . .
Perhaps . . . but if so, it will reflect the true value to society of the work. If I remember correctly, slavery was outlawed in this country 140 years ago.

5) "They are nice people" . . .
Some are some aren't. Many of the gangs that now terrorize our towns and cities are illegals.

6) "Aren't we a nation of immigrants"?
We are. But by definition, immigrants are individuals who are here legally. They've waited in line (sometimes for 10 years). We accept (to become citizens) hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world every year.

7) "What will happen to them"
They will return to their country and if they wish to immigrate to the America, they will "get in line".

8) "I don't have any working for me . . . Why should I care"?
They take jobs from your most vulnerable and poor neighbors. They lower wages for menial jobs. They overcrowd your hospitals and emergency rooms (raising your health insurance). They overcrowd your schools (raising your property taxes). If made legal, they will eventually compete with you for scarce Social Security dollars. Many don't pay any property taxes. Many don't pay any kind of taxes. Many send most of their pay to Mexico ($100 Billion) instead of spending it in this country . . . Need more reasons?

9) "What should I do"?
Simply don't hire people who you don't know (are here legally). Ask local businesses not to hire illegals. Vote for politicians who are against amnesty. Don't remain silent!

10) "Why would they leave"?
If they have no work . . . they will go home. They can be unemployed in Mexico.

Written in response to a series of letters to the editor in the Orange County Register:

Dear Editor:

So many letter writers have based their arguments on how this land is made up of immigrants.
Ernie Lujan for one, suggests we should tear down the Statute of Liberty because the people now in question aren't being treated the same as those who passed through Ellis Island and other ports of entry.
Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of immigrant any longer.
Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented.
Some would even get down on their hands and knees and kiss the ground.
They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times. They made learning English a primary rule in their new American households and some even changed their names to blend in with their new home.
They had waved good bye to their birth place to give their children a new life and did everything in their power to help their children assimilate into one culture.
Nothing was handed to them.
No free lunches, no welfare, no labor laws to protect them.
All they had were the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a future of prosperity.
Most of their children came of age when World War II broke out.
My father fought along side men whose parents had come straight over from Germany, Italy, France and Japan.
None of these 1st generation Americans ever gave any thought about what country their parents had come from.
They were Americans fighting Hitler, Mussolini and the Emperor of Japan.
They were defending the United States of America as one people.
When we liberated France, no one in those villages were looking for the French-American or the German American or the Irish American.
The people of France saw only Americans.
And we carried one flag that represented one country.
Not one of those immigrant sons would have thought about picking up another country's flag and waving it to represent who they were.
It would have been a disgrace to their parents who had sacrificed so much to be here.
These immigrants truly knew what it meant to be an American.
They stirred the melting pot into one red, white and blue bowl.
And here we are in 2006 with a new kind of immigrant who wants the same rights and privileges.
Only they want to achieve it by playing with a different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card and a guarantee of being faithful to their mother country.

I'm sorry, that's not what being an American is all about.
I believe that the immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early 1900s deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work and sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has become a beacon for those legally searching for a better life.
I think they would be appalled that they are being used as an example by those waving foreign country flags.
And for that suggestion about taking down the Statute of Liberty, it happens to mean a lot to the citizens who are voting on the immigration bill.
I wouldn't start talking about dismantling the United States just yet.

"If you're voting, you're supposed to be a U.S. citizen," Tancredo spokesman Will Adams said Friday.
"If you're a U.S. citizen, you're supposed to be proficient in English."
What more needs to be said? Good for Tancredo.
So, having only ballots printed in English would discriminate against no one except non-citizens who illegally try to vote.
I don't know what those idiots who voted for this bill could be thinking, other than catering to the non-citizen vote.

Adams said that a lot of lawmakers agreed with Tancredo but then voted for the bill.
"It takes a lot of political courage to put your neck out on this issue," he said.

The 'free trade' agreements are Treason by Trade. These trade agreements are a rigged game in which our domestic producers are put at a disadvantage. Goods from foreign countries can be imported into the U.S. duty free. The foreign trading 'partners' are allowed to continue to charge punitive tariffs (as high as 40%) on goods entering their country.

This means that our domestic producers have no market for their goods plus they have to compete with cheaper imported goods. Naturally they are dropping like flies. Succinctly stated, the trade agreements are being used as arbitrage against our own economic interests.

Add to the above, tax breaks are given to help manufacturers and now knowledge businesses move out of our country - into the foreign countries with the preferential trade terms. This is not only draining our country of the wealth, it is robbing us of the knowledge base that made us a superpower in the first place. Within 10-15 years we will no longer have the capability - financial or intellectual to rebuild our manufacturing base and we are fast losing the knowledge industries. We are headed for the third world because we can't even feed our own population - we have become a net importer of agricultural products.

The prescriptive for the loss of manufacturing and knowledge industries is the importation of cheaper labor thereby driving wages down and causing the elimination of benefits. The propaganda says that we have gotten lazy, fat and stupid - none of which is true. It won't make any difference how many cheaper workers they import - because the trade agreements are written to ensure that the U.S. businesses can't compete. As the domestic businesses fail, the multinational corporations move in to pick up their share of the market. Walmart is the best known example of this predation by the multinational corporations.

Add to this, the massive importation of cheaper labor is stressing our infrastructure to the breaking point - hospitals are closing, schools are failing. We are losing the tax base to pay for the infrastructure as production and jobs are exported. The jobs that are being created are not only low paying (Walmart) but because of the reduced benefits or no benefits, it is stressing our social safety nets to the breaking point.

We're in an economic death spiral because of the trade agreements that have been signed - Treason By Trade.

Economic warfare waged against us by traitors within our own government.
What we need is a constitutional amendment to define the crime of Economic Treason and we should make it retroactive so that we can hang that bastards who have done this to our country.

There are actually many, many people who have not figured out (and this includes thousands of "church leaders,") that the U.S. DOES NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO MAKE JOBS FOR EVERYONE WHO COMES HERE. We now have three workers for EVERY LOW-SKILL JOB IN THIS COUNTRY. A great many people, legal and illegal, are working two and even three jobs in order to put food on the table!

Meanwhile, our Congress votes another raise for its "hard-working members." They have it on automatic raise now so that the raise goes into effect UNLESS THEY VOTE IT DOWN. Convenient? Yes! Dishonest? Yes!

Members of Congress no longer look at you and me as "constituents." We are "votes" and "members of the labor force." We are no longer a constitutional republic, but an "economy" that is part of the "larger global community" that must be managed to enhance the bottom line of the global corporations! Congress continues to allow millions more people to enter this country so that wages can be "brought into line" with wages of the rest of the world. This means that our standard of living will also be "brought into line."

Is this what you envisioned for your children and grandchildren?

Keep educating all the people you can. When enough of them understand the problem, they will decide to turn out the present crop of "global managers" and vote for some new blood. Only question is: will it be too late?

Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children.
He takes a job for $5.00 or $6.00/hour.

At that wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax,
yet at the end of the year, if he files an Income Tax Return,
he gets an "earned income credit" of up to $3,200 free.

He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent

He qualifies for food stamps

He qualifies for free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care

His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school

He requires bilingual teachers and books

He qualifies for relief from high energy bills

If they are or become, aged, blind or disabled, they qualify for SSI.

Once qualified for SSI they can qualify for Medicare.

All of this is at that taxpayers' expense.

He doesn't worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance.

Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins and printed material.

He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00 to $30.00/hour in benefits.

Working Americans are lucky to have $5.00 or $6.00/hour
Left after paying their bills and his.

The American taaxpayers also pay for increased crime, graffiti and trash clean-up.

Cheap labor?

Recently I came across an article posted on a web site called www.zenit.com where Bishop Gerald Barnes, Chairman of the U.S. Bishops’ Committed for Refugees and Migrants, from San Bernardino, CA.
The Bishop was questioning Immigration legislation currently before the United States Congress.
I believe this article will be of great interest to you and can be accessed by The link provide above. The Zenit News Agency’s primary focus is the world seen from Rome and this article is primarily a series of questions answered by Bishop Gerald Barnes about Rome’s view on U.S. Immigration legislation.
I would like to share with you some of my feelings on this article and the positions Bishop Barnes and Rome takes on U.S. immigration policy.
Although the Church has an interest in the moral and human rights aspects of immigration throughout the world, Bishop Barnes takes the position that the United States of America must open its borders to all poor nations otherwise we are guilty of human rights violations.
They put the entire burden on the Unites States, rather than advocating for the human rights of migrants in their home country.
They support migrants who break the laws of the United States by illegally entering and remaining here, thus causing problems for lawful immigrates and naturalized citizens.
I question why these “men of the cloth” deem the laws of the United States need to change to accommodate everyone who wants to come to this country, rather than using their energy and influence to pressure the nations where these people migrate from to improve the conditions in those countries.
The Bishop says that it is wrong for the United States to have laws that put people in fear for the lack of proper documentation.
What that means in English is that because the “people” who broke the law to enter the United States and illegally remain here, work here, go to school here (at taxpayer expense) occupy 30% of the prisons (at taxpayers expense) and use the health care system in huge amounts (at taxpayer expense) should be free from fear that the United States would enforce its laws by looking for illegal immigrants to send them back to their country of origin.
He believes it is the responsibility of the citizens of the United States to accept and support anyone who is in this country whether they are here legally or not.
The Bishop believes we should take no action to return these people to their country of origin. He believes that the fact these people fear being caught in the United States proves that our immigration policy is wrong.
This of course is utter nonsense.
The Bishop goes on to say that these illegal immigrants help, not hinder our economy.
The arguments he makes are incorrect and are disputed by the Center for Immigration Studies (a think tank in Washington).www.cis.org .
The Center for Immigration Studies clearly states that the illegal labor work force drives down wages for all legal workers and if the wages were at the correct level, Americans would do any job.
It is ridiculous to make the argument that once legal; these people would continue to accept the low wages businesses now pay them. They would demand minimum wage, rightfully so, and then if the Bishop’s argument were correct our economy would need new illegal immigrants to replace the others in the jobs with the substandard pay.
The Bishop states that it is the responsibility of the United States as a rich nation to provide a haven to migrants of poorer nations.
One would have to ask why doesn’t the Vatican provide some of their wealth to these nations so they can feed them and provide them with the services he believes the United States should provide. We are a very generous people and this is evident by the money Americans routinely give to the down trodden throughout the world, both through our tax dollars in the form of foreign aid and through private charities.
What the Bishop is suggesting is that our laws put the needs of the world above the needs of our own people and above our own security as a sovereign nation.
Bishop Barnes says in this post 911 world the U.S. has a special responsibility to ensure that those coming to the country are not doing so to inflict harm.
This is in complete contradiction to the position he is taking and appears to be a disingenuous statement. He knows we cannot accommodate the HUGE numbers of immigrants coming to our country because our government cannot and will not be able to know who is coming here and whether they will do harm.
The devil is always in the details.
I also found it very amusing in the article when he said we need to bring the illegals out of shadows. Did he see the massive demonstrations here recently? They are out of the shadows and they live here with impunity.
The Bishop also seeks to make the policies of the United States responsible for the deaths of those trying to come here illegally. He speaks of the death of migrants on the southern border forced to migrate through the desert to find work and food.
Any death is a tragedy, but statistics show illegal immigrants in the United States murder more people each year than were killed on 911.
We must protect the citizens of the nation and the people who are here legally, that is our government’s first responsibility.
Why do these Bishops feel that they are the experts on what immigration reforms will or will not work?
They don’t have the correct answers; we had an amnesty in 1986 where we let 3 million illegals become citizens. The system then was unable to safely screen them and 3 terrorists gamed the system and were involved in the first World Trade Center bombing, the amnesty allowed another terrorist to kill several people at C.I.A. headquarters in Va. And there were untold other crimes which received little or no press by amnesty recipients.
Now 20 years later we are looking at 20 million, proof they don’t know and really don’t care what the impact of this amnesty will have on the American people.
A country without secure borders can no more stand than a house without walls. We must secure the border first, improve internal enforcement, enforce employer sanctions for employers hiring illegal immigrants, and then we can consider an amnesty, if it is deemed necessary.

There is nothing good for the American citizen in the Senate Bill.

It rewards lawbreakers with citizenship.

It allows illegal immigrants committing felonies to use false and stolen Social Security cards and it provides illegal immigrants with state tuition rates when American citizens are not provided the same benefit.
Lets force our political leaders to secure our porous borders and restore integrity to the immigration system before we consider amnesty.

It has been noted 218 persons used one woman’s numbers, another case, 472 people used a small child’s numbers, some think this is a felony, but not the U.S. Federal Government.

This article was written by a "unknown teacher" and sent to me by a friend from Arizona.

Everyone! We better wake up and start to fight. This was sent to me and really got me thinking. Thought you might like to read it too.

As a teacher, I sat dumbfounded last May 16, 2005, when the Rocky Mountain News inked a story, "What Happened?" to a stunned Denver, Colorado audience.

In a five year study starting in 1999 in Denver Public Schools, 5,663 students started the eighth grade. Five years later, only 1,884 graduated from high school. That's a 65 percent drop out/flunk out rate! That's pathetic, if not frightening.
What was the cause?
First of all, 30,000 illegal aliens, speaking 40 different languages, attended Denver schools. Our classrooms suffered thousands of kids functionally illiterate in English with parents functionally illiterate in English and Spanish. The classrooms featured so much incompatible diversity that it created horrific tension, stabbings and death. Thus, American kids suffered a profoundly dumbed-down educational process. One in five teachers quit or transferred out of those Denver classrooms every nine month cycle during those five years.
Last week, the Denver Post announced that 30 percent of teachers in Denver schools were not coming back next year.
This is a nationwide travesty. Why?
As a teacher, I taught in the inner city in the 1970s. It's exasperating beyond understanding to walk into a classroom where children suffer learning disabilities, broken homes, teen pregnancies at 14, 15, 16, multiple languages and violent confrontations with other ethnic groups. It's impossible to teach. I left my idealism in the ghetto and escaped to a suburban school. But, today, teachers can't escape because over 1.5 million illegal alien students with more than 100 languages attend our kids' schools nationwide.
We witness a national breakdown in education.
Last week, Superintendent Roy Romer of Los Angeles public schools resigned in frustration and defeat. California schools match the violence of a war zone. Can you imagine such a failure rate across the country? Can you imagine the consequences of an illiterate generation leading this Republic into the 21st century? Folks, this country won't make it.
Where is the outrage?
It takes four aspects for a free and democratic society to maintain itself. It requires a highly educated population that can write, read, think and vote intelligently. It takes a similar moral code whereby everyone adheres to the common good. It requires a similar code of ethics whereby citizens adhere to honesty, doing what is right and maintaining those ethics throughout the social fabric.
Finally, it takes a similar language that allows citizens to discuss, debate and resolve problems. We compromise all four with an invasion exceeding four million new people into the USA annually, 20 million illegals to date and climbing. We allow the disintegration of our nation without a whimper.
Where is the outrage?
Last Monday, February 20, 2006, the Rocky Mountain News reported, "Mile-High Drug Hub" making Denver the leading center for drug distribution in the United States. It's part of MS-13 Gang's dispersal of $128 billion in drugs crossing our border with Mexico every year. Ironically, Congress guards South Korea's border with 37,000 troops with our billions in tax dollars, pats down gray-haired ladies at our airports, spends $80 billion annually on the war on drugs, but leaves our border unguarded allowing that $128 billion in drugs to cross year after year. Additionally, terrorists from any country can walk over the Mexican border with a 99 percent chance of succeeding.
Where is the outrage?
With a growing illegal alien population exceeding 300,000 in Colorado, the state House legislators on Wednesday of last week defeated six bills to stop illegal alien migration. One particular bill, HB 1134, would have given cops the ability to arrest, detain and deport illegals. It was soundly defeated after dozens of citizens, including this Coloradan, testified to support the bill's passage. I demanded, "We are tired of being collateral damage for illegal aliens. We're tired of being raped, killed, robbed and our schools being trashed by multiple languages while our medical systems take better care of illegals than our own citizens." Representative Francesca Natividad Coleman remarked that it was a Federal issue. I retorted, "We're the ones getting killed and raped here locally and we're tired of it." Last year, three Coloradans were killed by illegals; Greeley, Colorado suffered 270 hit and run car accidents alone; eight rapes by illegal aliens in Boulder and thousands of robberies.
Where is the outrage?
To top off the crisis in our Denver schools, the Rocky Mountain News reported the next day, February 21, 2006, "Welfare Surges 45%" with an increase of 4,743 cases. They said it was tough job hunting, but neglected to mention that 300,000 illegal aliens in Colorado stole jobs from Coloradans in every sector: drywall, construction, landscaping, fast food, house painting, janitorial, paving and dozens of other jobs formerly worked by Coloradans.
Where is the outrage?
Denver Mayor Hickenlooper hired illegal aliens long before he was mayor and one of his illegal employees, Raul Gomez-Garcia, killed Denver police officer Don Young last May. Hickenlooper stood in direct violation of federal laws and could have been fined $2,000.00 per illegal alien hired (estimated at 70 working in his restaurants) and he could have gone to prison for five years. Governor Owens actually endorsed a booklet showing illegal aliens how to imbed themselves in Colorado. He aided and abetted illegal aliens, but didn't receive a slap on the wrist. Where is the outrage?
Since it's happening in my state with 300,000 illegal aliens, can you imagine what is happening in California with three million? Or, North Carolina with one million? How about Illinois with one million illegals? How about Texas with 1.5 million? I know Texans pay over $4.1 billion annually for educating their massive load of student illegals.
Where is the outrage?
We're being colonized with over nine million illegal alien Mexicans crashing our schools, medical systems, language, culture, parks, tax and welfare systems. One look at the headlines of major newspapers across the country echoes and mirrors the Rocky Mountain News.
Where is the outrage?
It stupefies me beyond comprehension that Americans sit back and watch this invasion of their country without any outrage. Worse, without any response! More than that--without a concern for their own kids' future! Even more horrific, the line of immigrants from Mexico (and the world) shows no sign of stopping, as the number of Mexicans grows from their current 106 million to 200 million in this century. As I open this can of worms weekly; as I expose this accelerating national crisis weekly; as you experience its quickening day by day, I would think the outrage would reach fantastic levels. But it is not! In fact, Bush, Congress and governors of all 50 states not only watch it happen they actively aid and abet it.
Arlan Specter of Pennsylvania wants to add another one to two million legal immigrants annually. Senators John McCain and Ted Kennedy want to give amnesty to 20 million illegals and add more in a guest worker program. Utah's Chris Cannon welcomes millions of Mexicans as he encourages their takeover of our country. His sidekick Senator Orrin Hatch mirrors that sentiment. Representative Joe Baca of California actively promotes the takeover of California by Mexico as he endorses "Reconquista of Aztlan."
As Mark Twain said, "Suppose you were an idiot; and suppose you were a member of Congress; but then, I repeat myself."
Twain got it right, but where is the outrage?
While 85 to 95 percent of the American public wants our borders secured, they stand around quietly sucking their thumbs while doing nothing. However, the outrage and arrogance of millions of illegal alien migrants in America advances like Paris, France's recent experience with immigration, 10,000 fire bombed cars and a month-long conflagration! We watched stupidly as if it won't happen to us. Think again! Of the thousands of emails I receive, the worst and the most frightening ones are from citizens who tell me, "Keep your powder dry!
"Start writing your congressmen soon as they are getting ready to vote your future.

What Local Governments Can Do About Illegal Immigration

It should be painfully obvious to most all of us that our federal government has no intention of stopping or even reducing illegal immigration. It seems all too clear that we have a president and congress that are willing to allow foreign lawbreakers to invade our country and live off taxpayer welfare with total impunity. But there is something that local governments can do. And, thankfully, several local governments around the country are already doing it.
An April 14, 2006 New York Times report stated, "While lawmakers in Washington debate whether to forgive illegal immigrants their trespasses, a small but increasing number of local and state law enforcement officials are taking it upon themselves to pursue deportation cases against people who are here illegally.

"In more than a dozen jurisdictions, officials have invoked a little- used 1996 federal law to seek special federal training in immigration enforcement for their officers.
"In other places, the local authorities are flagging some illegal immigrants who are caught up in the criminal justice system, sometimes for minor offenses, and are alerting immigration officials to their illegal status so that they can be deported."
Well, amen! Local and state governments are beginning to see the light (and are probably feeling the heat as well). And for good reason.
The brunt of the burden caused by illegal immigration is born by local and state governments. It is local communities who feel the strain of overcrowded classrooms, congested highways, packed emergency rooms, and stuffed jail cells. It is local citizens who must bear the burden of higher taxes to support the skyrocketing costs of health care, education, criminal justice, and transportation. Rest assured, President Bush and his fellow elitists in Congress feel the burden of illegal immigration no more than retiring Exxon chairman Lee Raymond feels the burden of increased gas prices.

However, imagine what would happen if a majority of local and state governments began a concerted effort to arrest and arrange deportation for every illegal alien they discover! Well, my friends, many local officials have begun doing just that. Now, each of us should demand that all our local officials follow suit!

Each of us should call our local sheriff, police chief, city manager, county administrator, mayor, councilman, and commissioner. We should demand that they enforce the law by arresting and arranging for deportation every illegal alien that they discover.
Furthermore, there are already laws on the books that punish employers for hiring illegal aliens. We must insist that those laws be upheld and those employers be punished!
Remember, the law is on the side of the American citizen. Illegal aliens are lawless violators and must be treated as such. When American citizens break the law, they are expected to pay the price. Are illegal aliens above the law? President Bush and Congress may think so, but local and state governments have the power to say otherwise.

If the American people will aggressively communicate with their local and state officials and insist that they put their foot down on illegal immigration, they will respond!

The Honorable Senator Michael Crapo:

Senator Crapo, your remarks to reporter Mike Butts, Idaho Press-Tribune, 18 April 2006, "Crapo backs 'sensible' guestworker plan," shows that you do not truly understand or care what your Idaho constituents want. I am angry and disgusted with your capitulation to pro-illegal alien employers.

“Crapo said most input he has received from Idaho voters on the issue supports strong enforcement of immigration laws.”

The truth is that we want our government to stop all illegal entry. We want all 20 million illegal aliens to return to their countries of origin. We do not want a guest-worker program of any form. We want legal immigration, including asylees and refugees, to be lowered from the current 1 million to 200,000 per year. We want our federal government to enforce the current immigration laws. We want the federal government to stop “aiding and abetting illegal aliens” by funding all groups advocating illegal alien rights and providing convenient loopholes in laws so that employers are not responsible for their hiring practices. We want citizenship for children of illegal aliens to be revoked. We want a repeal of family reunification laws. We want our government to be honest with, and for its citizens and not be shills for corporate entities.

You continue to stress we are a nation of immigrants (which is not true) and a nation of law (which is only partially true according to which laws the feds choose to enforce). The majority of American citizens were born here and were not immigrants. We as a nation have the right to decide who and how many can come here. We do not want to increase our population to rival that of China and India. The massive amnesty being proposed will destroy this nation. If we are a nation of laws then why has not the nation enforced their immigration laws? Enforcement is practically non-existent, and only on rare occasions does the government make a show of enforcement of immigration law. The laws are not broken, they are being ignored or subverted by government officials charged with enforcement.

You want a guest worker program, but past experience has shown that guests are not "guests" but become permanent residents. There is no control on their children becoming citizens, and thus parents are never asked to leave. Once permanent they then can start sending for their relatives and jump on the welfare band wagon. Why call it a guest worker program. . . that’s just b.s. It is a welfare program for foreigners and employers. This is just another government scam to give employers greater profits, while showing no regard for the citizens who must shoulder the costs and endure the pain of massive population impacts. You cannot be ignorant of the fact it is the citizens who do not benefit from massive immigration whether it be legal or illegal. You and your elitist collegues can hide behind the walls of your gated communities, jet off to remote locations to avoid the crowds, while the public suffers your rewards.

Do you honestly think that “we the people” actually believe you will enforce future immigration laws? Look what happened after the promises made in 1965 and 1986. For once do what is right and enforce current immigration law and let the illegal aliens know there are “no safe havens” anymore. If you really wanted to be a leader you would act to enforce our laws and do what is necessary to insure the government inspected documents and hold employers responsible for their hiring practices! You would insure that all illegal aliens knew they will be deported and not allowed to return if they don't leave within the next six months. Surely that is not too difficult of a concept, especially when it was promised by your esteemed predecessors in Congress.

Remember you took an oath of office to obey, defend, and protect the Constitution and that you have no right to give away my country to a horde of invaders and force me to pay for the invasion. If you don't comprehend my views expressed above, then perhaps you will understand why I and many others will not vote for you should you dare run again. I am sure you will understand after the election that we the people are serious and will no longer tolerate being conned by elected officials.

THE U.S. VS MEXICO: On February 15, 1998, the U.S. and Mexican soccer teams met at the Los Angeles Coliseum. The crowd was overwhelmingly pro-Mexican even though most lived in this country. They booed during the National Anthem and U.S. flags were held upside down. As the match progressed, supporters of the U.S. team were insulted, pelted with projectiles, punched and spat upon. Beer and trash were thrown at the U.S. players before and after the match. The coach of the U.S. team, Steve Sampson said, "This was the most painful experience I have ever had in this profession."

Did you know that immigrants from Mexico and other non-European countries can come to this country and get preferences in jobs, education, and government contracts? It's called affirmative action or racial privilege. The Emperor of Japan or the President of Mexico could migrate here and immediately be eligible for special rights unavailable for Americans of European descent. Recently, a vote was taken in the U.S. Congress to end this practice. It was defeated. Every single Democratic senator except Ernest Hollings voted to maintain special privileges for Hispanic, Asian and African immigrants. They were joined by thirteen Republicans. Bill Clinton and Al Gore have repeatedly stated that they believe that massive immigration from countries like Mexico is good. They have also backed special privileges for these immigrants.

Corporate America has signed on to the idea that minorities and third world immigrants should get special, privileged status. Some examples are Exxon, Texaco, Merrill Lynch, Boeing, Paine Weber, Starbucks and many more.

Did you know that Mexico regularly intercedes on the side of the defense in criminal cases involving Mexican nationals? Did you know that Mexico has NEVER extradited a Mexican national accused of murder in the U.S. in spite of agreements to do so? According to the L.A. Times, Orange County, California is home to 275 gangs with 17,000 members; 98% of which are Mexican and Asian. How's your county doing? According to a New York Times article dated May 19, 1994, 20 years after the great influx of legal immigrants from Southeast Asia, 30% are still on welfare compared to 8% of households nationwide. A Wall Street Journal editorial dated December 5, 1994 quotes law enforcement officials as stating that Asian mobsters are the "greatest criminal challenge the country faces." Not bad for a group that is still under 5% of the population. Is education important to you? Here are the words of a teacher who spent over 20 years in the Los Angeles School system. "Imagine teachers in classes containing 30-40 students of widely varying attention spans and motivation, many of whom aren't fluent in English. Educators seek learning materials likely to reach the majority of students and that means fewer words and math problems and more pictures and multicultural references."

When I was young, I remember hearing about the immigrants that came through Ellis Island. They wanted to learn English. They wanted to breath free. They wanted to become Americans. Now too many immigrants come here with demands. They demand to be taught in their own language. They demand special privileges--affirmative action. They demand ethnic studies that glorify their culture.

IDAHO SENATOR LARRY CRAIG’s APRIL FOOLS JOKE ON U.S. CITIZENS

“It’s not an amnesty!” “They are doing jobs American’s will not do!”

According to the esteemed Senator, “If you were to close the borders effectively and you were not to allow anyone in, you would run the risk of collapsing American agriculture, because now over 75 percent of the work force is illegal and undocumented.”

1. In the Senators entire time in the House and Senate did he ever call for enforcement of our immigration laws?

2. According to Phillip Martin, Agricultural Economist, UC-Davis, it is mostly big producers in fruits, vegetables, and greenhouse and nursery crops that employ hired farm workers and many of these are U.S. citizens. Why is the Senator supporting, for the most part, large operators?

3. Why doesn’t the Senator tell the truth to the consumer that increasing wages would attract more citizens to work in agriculture while increasing the cost to the consumer only by pennies? Martin explains it thus-ly, “On a typical $1 head of lettuce, the farmer is getting a little under 20 cents. The farm worker is getting about 6 or 7 cents. Farmers get about a fifth, workers about a third, and that is 1/15th of price, and that’s why the farm labor share is a relatively small part of the retail price.”
The Senator, of infinite wisdom, supports an amnesty that “...would allow illegal workers to apply for citizenship if they have been in the country at least two years, passed a background check, worked at least 150 hours in agricultural jobs for six years and paid taxes.”

4. This is a bizarre statement. Illegal workers can apply for citizenship if they have been in the country for two years, while still having been working in agriculture for 6 years. The Senator must mean that “ Jose Campesino” would qualify for citizenship if he worked 150 hours (that’s 15- 10 hour days per year) in his home country for 4 or more years, but at least 2 years in the U.S.? Oh yeah, this hard worker must have paid his taxes, but to whom?

5. It would seem plausible that a background check undertaken by ICE or other responsible governmental agent now would undercover the fact that existing laws are being violated. Why are they not being enforced? Do you really expect us to believe yoy?
Some House conservatives have suggested allowing prisoners to pick America’s crops.
Of course, the Senator reminds us, “Our laws do not allow for prisoners to do that kind of work. Multiple court cases say that’s indentured servitude, and that is not allowed.”

6. Why does the law exclude agricultural jobs, when many prisons have farms? Why is okay to employ prisoners in the Federal Prison Industries (Unicor) or states to employ prisoners in making license plates? How many times have you seen prisoners along side our highways picking up garbage? Is it indentured servitude if the prisoner willingly volunteers for such work? Besides the senator must be a real compassionate guy, because it is alright for a lawbreaking alien to work in agriculture and gain citizenship, but it is not alright for a lawbreaking citizen to work in agriculture and pay his debt to society.

I can almost assure you that everyone who is a true American was sickened when you saw multitudes of protesters carrying Mexican flags protesting the new Immigration Reform Bill in the Senate. This display of Mexican flags should give you a heads up on where these protesters allegiance lies their hearts are in Mexico and their bellies are in the United States.

As an American of Mexican Heritage I want to set the record straight, American Hispanics are not all thrilled with illegal immigration. I, for more than 20 years, tried desperately to bring this national debacle to the attention of the American people. I had the privilege of writing for several newspaper s, appeared on national and local TV and radio programs, and was asked by many political groups to address this serious problem affecting my former community (north Fort Worth), city, state, and our country. Many will question how I can speak on this subject with some authority. My simple answer is: I lived with the problem! Trust me, it was no picnic. Never in my life (I'm 68) had I witnessed the lawlessness, the deterioration of my community, and the black market criminal underground activities attributed to the influx of illegal immigrants.

To add injury to insult, politicians soon caved in to the many demands of illegal immigrants. Notably*:* bilingual education, bilingual ballots, welfare aid, free medical care, etc. Through all this national disgrace allowed by our politicians, have you all noticed that no one ever blames the useless, corrupt, and disgraceful government of Mexico? In contrast, they lambaste and criticize our country. How does that grab you? When I addressed the dangers of our porous border between Mexico and the United States, and the lax security of our nation, no one paid attention.
As I observed the situation, the problem was perceived to be between American Hispanic communities and illegal immigrants. White Americans it seemed assumed that the problem was not theirs to deal with. In other words they were, asleep at the wheel. However, 9-11 soon woke them up. Lets be honest with each other here, white Americans vote in far larger numbers than Hispanics do. And most politicians (Democrats and Republicans) in our city, state, and federal governments are white. Thus, who is more suited to fix this national disaster? I'm sure most of you know what the answer is. In summation, *I'm pleading with white American voters to join me in sending our politicians (Democrats and Republicans) a strong message that we will not tolerate ill egal immigrants telling us how to make government policy that will make it easier for them to break our laws.*
Hope you will join me in this endeavor in our upcoming elections.

A Letter to Mike Butts, Reporter Idaho Press-Tribune

Dear Mr. Butts:

On March 12, 2006, your article “Farmers say they can’t ID illegal workers” appeared in the Idaho Press-Tribune. You apparently interviewed a number of farmers as well as a spokesman for the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation, and each one pleaded ignorantly of violating the law. As always there are two sides of an issue. The view you presented exonerates everyone from their responsibilities as citizens of this country and makes it seem all right to allow illegal aliens the right to work.

In 1986, the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) made it unlawful for employers too knowingly, recruit, hire, or continue to employ illegal immigrants. You quoted Kathy Alder, a Melba farmer, “Nobody hires undocumented workers . . . I think that needs to be emphasized. The idea that everybody knows who is legal and who isn’t (is false). If they give me a document, we have to assume that’s a legal document and that they’re eligible for work . . . We just don’t have the tools to determine whether or not that document is legal.”
Who should know whether a document is legal or false or why allow it to be used?

Therein is the real story.

You should realize that the amnesty allowed by the IRCA is partially responsible for the 20 million or more illegal aliens in the United States today. It didn’t take long for foreigners to realize that the United States was not going to enforce its laws, because many special interest groups were pressuring the government to relax enforcement measures. President’s and
Congressmen bent to their pressure and did everything in their power to thwart the law. What was a poor, unskilled, alien to do? There is safety in numbers so they came, and are still coming, in a silent invasion of thousands per day.

Our government, aids and abets these lawbreakers by allowing “safe havens” and “sanctuary cities” throughout the land, provides education for their children, health care, and a host of other benefits at no cost, except to the taxpayer. Our employers can’t get enough of these invaders, because they will accept low wages and are readily available. The poor employer cannot be held responsible for hiring an illegal alien as long as he looks at the documents and declares them to be genuine . . . as best he can tell. It is nice to know that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has created such a giant loophole for the employer and makes it appear they are really interested in enforcing the laws put forth in 1986.

That is the fiasco that the Idaho Press-Tribune should be reporting, not the plight of the poor farmer who cannot use the telephone to verify a social security number.
You were right, the USCIS requires an employer to accept documents from a prospective employee, and to fill out the I-9 form if he hires someone. The process is quite simple. The employer accepts one of ten documents from List A (Documents that establish both identity and employment eligibility), as an example an unexpired or expired U.S. Passport. If the employee
does not have a document from List A, he can then provide one item of twelve from List B (Documents that establish identity) and one item of seven from List C (Documents that establish employment eligibility). You correctly identified the most popular items from List B and List C, the driver’s license and a social security card.

As an employer you examine the driver’s license from a state (including Idaho) issuing licenses to illegal aliens. Since, most have name, date of birth, and residence and provides a picture it is legally proof you are who you are, but where does it say you are not a legal citizen of this country. Now that the employer knows you exist he can then examine the social security card. Mine has a number and my legal name. Every illegal person knows where and how to obtain a social security card that would fool even the USCIS by mere examination. Having examined the card the employer says, possibly through an interpreter, to the employee, “Now we must fill out the I-9 form.” The form has three sections: employee information and verification, the employer review and verification, and updating and reverification. The USCIS does not require a copy of this form, but requires the employer to keep it for at least 3 years if the employee remains, or for one year if the employee leaves the employer. Filling out the form is not difficult, but lying may be tough for some.

The employer knows he will not be held responsible even if the documents he examines prove false. The employee is 99.99 percent sure he will never be discovered unless he does something stupid and gets caught by the police for a felony offense. Any lesser offense, including DUI puts him back on the street before he is discovered to be an illegal alien. And, most important,
because he knows the employer is not required to send the documents he produces for examination to anyone for checking, so his little “white lie” is harmless. Brilliant bit of subterfuge provided by the USCIS to insure the illegal alien is not apprehended.

If the Kathy Alder’s, Dave Dixon’s, Marcella Stewart’s, and the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation were concerned about our country they would not proffer the excuse of not knowing a document is false, but should demand the USCIS examine and check the documents for veracity. With a simple phone call the social security number could be matched to the employee.

There Ain't No Such Thing As CHEAP Labor?

According to a recent news report, tighter controls at the Mexican border (Huh?) have caused a shortage of strawberry pickers in Oregon. This has caused some growers to whine that they need more slaves, ah, illegal aliens, er, immigrants, or the whole friggin' world is going to collapse as the strawberries rot in the fields. It's a catastrophe of Biblical proportions. Good God! We have to open the borders and let in more illegal aliens or America is going to collapse!
The story sounds phony--probably planted by an open borders Bush operative--because there doesn't appear to be any real tightening of controls at the border. But, if true, great! Tighten that friggin' border up as tight as you can make it. Don't worry about the strawberries. They'll get picked. The growers will adapt to using American labor. Count on it.

In fact, a shortage of cheap imported labor is as good for America as pruning rose bushes is good for the roses. Unpruned rose bushes get spindly and weak, pruned ones get thick and strong. We've got enough people in this nation to produce our own home grown American berry pickers, and doing so will strengthen us as a nation. We don't need no stinkin' illegal alien berry pickers or illegal alien gardeners or illegal alien maids or illegal alien fast food workers or anything else with illegal in it. They're making us spindly and weak.

Since when did all Americans become bank presidents and computer billionaires too high and mighty to do ordinary labor? Don't we have school age kids in this nation who might like to make a little money here and there by picking berries and doing other honest, good for the mind and body, fingernail dirtying work? Have we become a nation of effete, decrepit yuppies sitting around in lounge chairs while being waited on by illegal aliens? Are we a nation of sissies afraid to do work because we think it's beneath us? All work is ennobling. Have we forgotten that?

If we cut back on immigration, both legal and illegal, there will be subtle pressures for us to start having more children to take the lower end jobs. That's the way it works. When people are needed, people are birthed. Yeah, I know, having babies is work that many Americans--and I'm speaking of European-Americans now--don't want to do anymore, so they rely on illegal aliens to do even that for them.
Of course, and this may come as a shock to some aracial Bush-brained nitwits, their babies aren't really their babies at all because only babies born with their genes are their babies. Is this too hard to understand by these dimwits?

Once we boot the illegal aliens out and thus relieve the crowding pressures we feel, we'll start feeling a need for more people and we'll make them ourselves as our subconscious minds begin bubbling up rationales for us to have kids again. If our government then helps society enable child bearing via breaks for couples who have children so that they are not penalized for having kids, as is the case now, we'll be on the way back to being a vigorous, young, and growing nation--which would be a reversal of our present trends.

Today, the U.S. may look prosperous and strong (if you don't look too closely) but our nation is being eaten away inside by insidious and corrosive parasites. And, fools that we are, we think the parasites are helping us while they supply cheap labor to this or that rich business owner while destroying the fabric of this nation. Illegal aliens are hollowing out America like termites in wood.

I know something about how this works. When I was nine years old I started picking squash, slopping hogs, shoveling cow manure and doing other things on a number of small local truck farms whenever I could wrangle a job for a few days. As I got older, I washed dishes in restaurants. Other kids in the area did the same types of things. I then worked in factories. Part of my earnings went to my parents for my room and board.
Had there been mobs of illegal aliens around, I'm sure the other kids and I would have been forced out of jobs. And, parents might have stopped having kids if the kids couldn't contribute to the household.

I know that most who are reading this, already know all of the above, but it doesn't hurt to keep repeating it in as many different voices and in as many ways as possible. You never know, maybe a different turn of phrase or two will help some of the open borders crowd finally see the truth.

Bush: "Guest-Worker-Amnesty"

Dear President Bush:

I find it outrageous that, four years after 9/11, national security has taken a back seat to cheap labor in the form of a guestworker/amnesty program.

Mr. President and your many U.S. Senators, support an economical model of continuous and unending growth, which requires a simultaneous increase in population to sustain this growth. The model is fatally flawed, because no nation nor can the world continue to grow in population beyond its capability to supply the basic needs of its inhabitants. Besides the people residing in areas where the limits have been exceeded suffer immensely not only from lack of water, food, but from sheer numbers of people.
The United States is on its way to disaster from a faulty vision of the need for growth.

In July 1969, President Nixon created the Rockefeller Commission to deal with our nation’s population growth. They said, “Recognizing that our population cannot grow indefinitely . . . the Commission recommends that the nation welcome and plan for a stabilized population.” At that time there were 203 million people in the United States, while today we just celebrated the 300th million person. In 1969, it was recognized that the population growth rate was finally achieving a sustainable level, but government in their infinite wisdom chose not to follow the Commission’s advice to limit legal immigration, totally ignored illegal entry, and as a result the population has ballooned. By 2050 more than 80 percent of the population growth will be directly attributable to legal and illegal immigration since 1990 resulting from insane governmental policies. Reliable projections indicate that without serious control of both legal and illegal immigration this nation will have more than 500 million and one billion people by mid and centuries’ end, respectively.

Rather than telling the people of this nation we need immigration reform and a guest worker program, please explain how we will provide water and food for the projected population? What lands will we invade to insure that we have space, water, food, and energy resources to house and clothe this horde? Piemental and Giampietro (www.dieoff.org/page55.htm) report that in 2050 the U.S. will need 519 and 1284 million acres of arable and pastureland to feed the projected population. They did not project land needs for the year 2100, because they probably realized by then it will be too late even for scientific progress to overcome. CFR; FTAA, open borders created by the North American Community in 2010?

It seems the fallacy is that government really wants to control immigration. How can we believe the government is truthful, they have lied in the past, when even today they block, or fail to fund, every attempt to enforce existing law? Why can’t you just admit the laws are not broken, but that you have broken the laws by failure to enforce? I would ask, “Does government want to control immigration or not?” If they do, then enforce the existing laws, expunge the EOIR, quit funding every group that advocates rights for illegal aliens, tell the ACLU and all immigration lawyers “they have no case”, and then deport all illegal aliens. If the government does not want to enforce our immigration laws, then please resign, and we, the people, will make sure our wishes are carried out by representatives that truly represent the people. Quit telling us we need a guest-worker program that only benefits a few businesses, while the majority of our citizens do not want another guest-worker program or an endless parade of legal or illegal aliens that we have to support.

April 15, 2005, World Peace Herald, wrote a piece by Stephen Dinan as follows:
"We have a million individuals who are in some phase of immigration proceedings released,"
said Victor X. Cerda, the acting director of detention and removal operations for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

He said of those people, 465,000 are fugitive aliens who have committed an offense in addition to immigration violations, but he couldn't provide an exact number.

Sen. Jeff Sessions, Alabama Republican, and Tom Coburn, Oklahoma Republican, demanded to know why Mr. Cerda was not doing more to have illegal aliens removed

Jonathan Cohn, a deputy assistant attorney general, told the panel that court decisions over the years will result in the government having to release dangerous criminal aliens as well.

"The aliens that are being released include murderers, rapists and child molesters," Mr. Cohn said.

Members of the subcommittees also ended up taking sides on whether the Minutemen patrolling the Arizona border are "vigilantes," as President Bush called them.

Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, Massachusetts Democrat, said he agreed with Mr. Bush's characterization, and told Mr. Cerda to let him know what the Department of Homeland Security's policy was on dealing with vigilantes. (End of Quote)

IMMIGRATION: Federal agents lack resources needed to address scope of problem.
CANYON COUNTY - As it stands, most undocumented immigrants (illegal aliens) living locally will "not be deported."

A combination of policies, procedures, resources and inadequate incarceration space "ensure Canyon County stands as a safehaven for illegal immigrants."

Federal agents working locally don't shy away from offering an explanation either.

"For general illegal aliens, we do not have the resources to pursue it," said Immigration and Enforcement (ICE) Senior Special Agent Jeff Wolstenholme.
"We do not have the manpower to do our job."

What that means is if an undocumented (illegal alien) immigrant living in Canyon County manages to stay out of jail, he or she very likely won't be deported.

Officials say there are too many of them, meaning ICE agents must be selective.
"We prioritize based on serious criminal aliens -- that's what we're looking for --
and criminal organizations related to aliens," Wolstenholme said.

Even when possible illegals are detained for crimes committed in Canyon County, there's no guarantee they'll be deported. As it stands anyone detained on a misdemeanor charge including illegals, can bond out of jail in about an hour -- before a report on bookings is sent to federal agents the next morning.

"If you have have an illegal alien, we wouldn't know that because they haven't been investigated yet," Jail Lt. Teri Carpenter said. (End of quote, I can't stand anymore at this time!)

(The Idaho Press-Tribune is not the largest newspaper, The Idaho Statesman advertises circulation in Ada and Canyon County, yet they have not mentioned any part of this news release and believe me there is more. I met with a group in Boise, Ada County residents, who had no knowledge of the sanctuary situation in Canyon County. The first response, was,
"who or whom is protecting us from illegal alien criminals and terrorist, if law enforcement has no idea who these people are, what the hell is going on?")

"And Ted Kennedy along with his side-kick Rino McCain, with Senate Bill S1033, want to give 20-million plus illegal aliens a guest-worker amnesty controlled by

An excellent, 60-page book entitled "The Phantom Fourteenth" by Patrick Henry Omlor documents the evidence proving, beyond doubt, the invalidity of the 14th Amendment—the "legal" justification for every apparently unconstitutional law enacted by Congress since 1868.

Dec. 4, 1865: Eighty lawfully elected delegates from 11 Confederate states were denied a voice in the 39th Congress when the speaker simply refused to call out their names allowing them to be seated. This unprecedented act was clearly in violation of Article I (Sections 2 and 3) and Article V of the U.S. Constitution. All enactments ensuing from the 39th (and the subsequent 40th) Congress, in lawful contemplation, are null and void.

June 13, 1866: The joint resolution of Congress proposing the 14th Amendment, which passed while excluding the voices of the 80 duly elected Confederate representatives, was null and void because it was not ratified by 3/4 of the states per the Constitution.

January 25, 1867: Mississippi becomes the 10th state to reject the 14th Amendment, making its ratification a mathematical impossibility.

July 21, 1868: The illegally seated 40th Congress passes a concurrent resolution falsely declaring the 14th Amendment ratified by the required number of states. The "Phantom 14th" was adopted by the illegal 40th Congress July 28, 1868.

Constitution's Citizenship Clause Misread

The 14th Amendment was soundly defeated when it was rejected by all but one of the southern States and all of the so-called "border" states. Iowa and Massachusetts had also failed to ratify it by the beginning of March, 1867. The radicals had only 21 ratifications of the 28 needed.

What to do?

Those in power in the Republican Party which controlled the Congress at that time rammed through the Reconstruction Act of 1867.
In other words, this illegal Congress - for purposes of excluding Representatives and Senators from southern states - considered those states OUT of the union. For purposes of getting the 14th Amendment ratified, this Congress considered the states IN the union. When they refused to ratify the amendment, the Congress simply abolished their governments and set up "reconstruction" legislatures, controlled by northern military power. Now these states were again treated as OUT of the union until they ratified the 14th Amendment - although the Constitution clearly requires that only states which are IN the union may act on amendments.

By July, 1868, Iowa and Massachusetts and six of the "reconstructed" states had ratified this 14th Amendment which would have added 8 states to the original 21 states for a total of 29 ratifications. HOWEVER, the legislators of two northern states had ben so incensed by the whole outrageous manner in which this amendment was being forced through that they had RESCINDED their previous ratifications. (Illinois rescinded on January 15, 1868 and New Jersey on March 24, 1868.) Therefore, there were only 27 ratifications when 28 were required.

On July 20, 1868, then Secretary of State William Seward proclaimed that 3/4 of the states had ratified the 14th Amendment IF the legislatures in the six former confederate states were authentically organized and IF Illinois and New Jersey were NOT allowed to rescind their ratifications. The radical Congress did not like the equivocation and on July 21, 1868, Congress passed a joint resolution simply DECLARING that the 14th Amendment was a part of the Constitution and directing Seward to declare it legally ratified. WHAT TO YOU THINK?

In 1865, 27 of 36 states ratified the 13th Amendment to abolish slavery. This included 10 of 11 southern states. The original Constitution did not recognize negroes as citizens, so in order to accomplish this and other objectives the 14th Amendment was proposed.

Because most southern states objected to the terms, the northern states refused to seat 22 Senators and 58 Representatives from the southern states. The northern states passed, over President Johnson's veto, the Reconstruction Acts, which placed southern states under military rule, replacing the original legislative body by a group of individuals willing to ratify the 14th Amendment.

The amendment was certified as being adopted by Secretary of State William Seward in spite of the fact (1) the joint resolution was not submitted to or adopted by a Constitutional Congress, (2) the joint resolution was not submitted to the President, and (3) the proposed 14th amendment was never ratified by 3/4 of the states as required by Article V of the U.S. Constitution.

Hence, the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is null and void. Therefore, all babies born under the guise of this amendment are not citizens for that reason. It should be noted that Jacob Howard, author of the "citizenship clause" defined the citizens as being all other persons, but not those who are foreigners, aliens, and those who belong to families of ambassadors or foreign ministers.

How can the courts misinterpret that definition, unless they have ulterior motives?

How can the government continue to perpetuate such a lie?
Congress does not need a Constitutional Amendment.. Do they have the political will?

What Part of Illegal Don't They Understand

I have a hard time understanding how items like driver's licenses for illegals, in-state tuition rates, day worker shelters, amnesty cities, hassle free zones and now identification for illegals can be considered, much less passed. It seems to me a gigantic failure on the part of our legal system and a failure to read the immigration law. It is also a failure of immigration control groups such as FAIR and NumbersUSA.

Title 8, Section 1324 is very explicit:
"(a) Criminal penalties for (1)(A) Any person who – (iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; …..(ii) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), (iv), or (v)(II), be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both; (iii) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i),

Perhaps, it is because the Federal Government does not enforce the Immigration Law and deliberately lets millions of illegals into the country that the rest of the politicians can simply disregard all laws related to immigration. At least that is what they do and in fact bend over backwards to accommodate the Open Borders Crowd. It is most amazing that federal agencies can promote loans to illegals for home mortgages, that is promote loans to individuals who are in criminal violation of US law and subject to deportation!!!???

However, it is only going to take one US Attorney to start applying the immigration law, arrest the politicians who have voted for these laws and throw a few behind federal bars.

Enforcement of Immigration Laws by Local Officials

U.S. Justice Department Memorandum Supports Local Arrest of Illegals and Employers.....

U.S. Justice Department released a Memorandum by the Office of the Assistant Attorney General after a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the ACLU. The memo supports the enforcement of immigration laws by local officials. The memorandum concluded: "It is ordinarily unreasonable to assume that Congress intended to deprive the federal government of whatever assistance States may provide in identifying and detailing those who have violated federal law, federal statutes should be presumed not to preempt this arrest authority."

Connecticut Citizens for Immigration Control (CTCIC) comments that Title 8, Section 1324, states that officers appointed by the Attorney General shall make arrests for violation of the immigration law and "and all other officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws."

Far stronger than the above memo, the immigration law specifically authorizes local and state enforcement.
CTCIC has the position that it is not only the right, but also the duty of state and local officials to arrest those in violation of Federal Immigration laws. Federal Immigration laws not only apply to entering and residing in the country, but they apply to those that employ illegal aliens,
"If a few employers find themselves facing five years of imprisonment, massive fines and the confiscation of their vehicles, they will quickly find legal workers," said Mr. Streitz.
"If you dry up the money, the illegals will not be here," said Mr. Streitz. "They are here to make money and send as much home as possible. Money is the issue."

"The Justice Department memo was apparently hidden by the Bush Administration because it did not support its open borders policy of massive migration into the United States. Ironically, the ACLU uncovered something that will aid in ending the massive immigration into the country," said Mr. Streitz.

In a stunning betrayal of the will of the American people, the US Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and all notions of limited government, self-government, freedom, security and the rule of law and justice, you wouldn't beleive what our government has been up to!

In "Building a North American community," the shadow government's 59-page manifesto, we are informed that President Bush, Mexican President Vincente Fox and Prime Minister Paul Martin "committed their governments" to this goal March 23 when they met in Texas.

This manifesto also calls for the implementation of "the Social Security Totalization Agreement" so that illegal aliens will be certain to bankrupt the system Bush claims to be trying to save.

Was anyone aware of this secret mainfesto, "Buildin a North American Community"? Is anyone curious as to why the mainstream press hasn't published anything about this? Is anyone concerned?
